The Chalet Coffee Shop has a hometown feel, its the pulse of the community when you visit Bloomfield; Its what made this town feel like home to me. Rami, the chef and owner takes pride in his establishment, and he should- its clean, tasteful interior, excellent service and fantastic food are what you get when you visit. Breakfast and lunch are what you will find here- well prepared eggs, sandwiches, salads- and even a taste of Ramis heritage Lebanese cuisine as well. The coffee is great, and Rami is eager to accommodate your order no matter how particular about the way you want your eggs prepared, or what goes on the side. Its the perfect place for the morning after a night out- brunch with a friend, or alone at a booth, you never feel lonely or out of place; it has a way of welcoming its diners, whether you want to sit alone quietly or participate in the random discussions with Rami or the customers. I highly recommend becoming a regular here.
