I was at kfc they messed up my order completely, I called to address the issue which was me missing half of my order , as I speak to the lady she tells me shes going to put me in a book so next time i come they will give me the things i paid for , I go today and explain myself to the young man working and he tells me Im not in a book and theres noting they could do Im a paying customer and I feel that its not my problem if the employees thats are working there are not organized and on top of that lying and stealing money because they cannot read tickets clearly to put together the young man was rude and disrespectful tried turning me into a lying person I will never spend my money there again they have no communication skills no working skills using there phones not paying attention to customer and they are quick to take money and not fix orders

Food is great and staff are attentive but its unbelievable how old and torn up are the leather seats. These seats has been like that for years now. They are using duct tape to patch the seats.

Good quality chicken; can sometimes have long waits during busy periods. The interior a little bit worn due to the high traffic area, but at least the food is really good here.
