Edit AGAIN 12/1/14 Back to 1 star, your employee (Manager?!) Steve is very rude. Taking the orders is a pain with him (and youll probably get him if you go through the drive through). My last attempt is as follows: Because the nature of my order, I let me passenger and guest in the backseat order first. No problem for them. Now when I order (sitting in the drivers seat) go to place side orders. He tells me that Huh, Ive never done that before in a snarky, under-your-breath tone. Ive heard him in this tone before, specifically when we had to pay with cash and credit. (split order). Again under his breath, he says, "It can never be easy". Uh, I can hear you. Youre a manager, you shouldnt treat your customers like this. With my last order, he didnt give me a receipt (after telling me its in the first bag with the sides). He gave my passengers the non-freeze version of Mountain Dew, even after the screen when he ordered specifically asked for the freeze, and my backseat guest didnt get the two sides for the new food item. It sounds like stupid nit-picking, but seriously, you have one job. Corporate needs to look at the sanity of this person. Edit 5/7/14 Im raising the review to 4 stars, from 3 stars. The last few times Ive gone they havent messed any orders up. The manager Steve was very friendly and spoke with me in a lively tone, instead of the typical drive through murmur that youd find at any drive though. While at the window paying I noticed that he treated his employees well and kept everything near the window stocked and ready for other employees. Original Review: This used to be my go-to Taco Bell until recently. The food have good proportions, the place is usually clean, and the people look sober. The only problem is, if you go through the drive through, they will almost guarantee screw up your order. The last 4 out of 5 times I went they either forgot something and charged me with it, or substituted something without telling.

The girl a the counter said someone was a pain in her ass very unprofessional there was a little girl sitting there listening to her hold loud conversation about someone being a pain in her ass Im glad I did not take my kids there I would have said something service really aint that great either the same girl walks away from the register to go in the back to talk customers come up and say what is nobody working other than that its a very clean establishment food is great staff not so great

Always consistent food here. I enjoy their "Grillers" (potatoe, chicken, or beeef) which are under $2.00. Tip: Download their app to your cell phone. This location allows mobile ordering so you can select and pay for your food before you get to the drive through. This saves time and when you pull up to the speaker just tell them your name or order number which will be on the app and they tell you to pull forward.

They get their foods extremely fast like any taco bell. But I feel like the food at this particular taco bell is lower quality than others. Theyre inconsistent when they make their foods. Thats totally unacceptable. Sometimes the meat is extremely dry and sometimes delicious in their tacos. Their burritos are simply amazing and makes me feel so happy. Its cheap but inconsistent.

WHY CANT YOU EVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT!? THEY MADE THE WRONG ORDER I SWEAR LIKE 4 TIMES IN A ROW ONE DAY AND WE DONT EVEN DO IT ON DRIVE THROUGH WE ORDER INSIDE AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE THE WRONG FOOD AND ON DRIVE THROUGH TOO. After complaining about how many times they make THE WRONG ORDER AND CHARGING EXTRA MONEY FOR NO REASONN and we noticed we know who you are! THEY STILL MAKE THE STUPID ORDER WRONG! Im loving the fact that Taco Bell has a Vegan selection. I order from the menu and say "fresco" and I get my oder without meat or dairy. They put extra beans or Pico to replace the items you dont want.

Horrible! They dont open until 9am so dont go for breakfast and then plan to wait for 15min of more on the drive through. I did on two occasions. Will never go back!
