Terrible time at Olive Garden and the 3rd time wasnt the charm either. We went this weekend.... again, and nothing good to say about it. First of all there is like an hour wait for a table. Ok, not great but that doesnt disqualify this place. They seem to average one out of two things which they will not have any of. Waitress doesnt speak much English. Or maybe she does but just cant sometimes like when you ask her anything on the menu. I dont know, its hard to tell since all she says was Do you want anything to drink/eat? (could the answer to this be no if we are coming to her restaurant?) and if all else fails We dont have that Then she sorry theyre out of breadsticks (and we got only two originally for three people). Apparently we can have salad as much as we want but only with a drop or two of salad dressing or swimming under a gallon of it, nothing in between and its a mystery what you will get each time. Next comes dinner. It looks like it sat so long it is glued to the plate and the pasta noodles are hard as rocks. Hey break your teeth at olive garden tonight. Nice! When we did not see our waitress for 15 minutes when we wanted to order coffees, we finally went to the hostess who talks into an intercom and told us a manager will come help us. Well he didnt and finally 5 minutes later our waitress comes and then gets us coffee. another 15 minutes later when we are leaving the manager is all smiles and laughing talking to the hostess. I stop a minute and apparently he forgot he was suppose to talk to a customer completely. He ended up saying he is sorry and they will do better next time. Three times and no charm? There is no next time moron.

Ok--its the Olive Garden...but I love it! I love it so much, I asked to go there for my first date with my now husband! All joking aside, you do have to be in the mood for it. Ive been to this location twice. The first time I experienced what a number of other reviews mentioned---I was told to wait for a table when 7 employees bumbled around the desk with a number of empty tables. When they were ready, we were taken on a very short walk made verrrrry long by the servers odd gait---he was just sauntering, taking his time. But in stark contrast to the aforementioned, I was impressed by a staff member both times I visited Olive Garden. The first was when a server delivered our food and made suggestions as to how my husband could order his dish in the future. Thats not something you see at Olive Garden---well, I havent seen it. And on our second visit, Fatima was very personable and really took care of us. My husband is not a Olive Garden fan to the level I am, but nonetheless he found dishes that were palatable for him. I, myself, go for the spaghetti marinara--Im a vegetarian; so simple, its complicated. In recent years, I gather Olive Garden updated its decor. Its not so much a stucco villa, but some kind of Itailan "country" feel. Well the banana baby food yellow they used in decorating really is unappealing. Definitely doesnt look clean and definitely looks like it need a good dusting, the color is so blahhh. Nonetheless, the next time I get a hankering for Olive Garden, Ill gladly visit this location.

So I havent been to Olive Garden in a while and now in remembering why. At first we walked in and the three stooges were standing at the front and barely said hello and were chatting away about God knows what. Then were seated and the one good thing was he brought me a sling for the baby. Our waitress was less than enthusiastic about serving our table for what reason, I dont know. She was more than quiet not very attentive either. I had asked for sparkling water and she was like yea okay and brought me tap water.. Then in the back I can clearly see all the wait staff laughing screaming dancing and doing anything but working. Our waitress took my glass to "refill" but decided to not bring it after staring at me for 15 minutes then coming up to the table and asking me if I needed anything and I said yes my water and she responds oh yea okay. And the party in the back continued. I will not be coming back here.

This place can be rated as worst branch of Olive Garden restaurants chain. First of all, I really doubt they clean the glasses at all. The wine glass they served has clear dry marks from previous use due to improper cleaning. The moment we were looking at the glass the waiter realized that is not clean and offered to replace it. Then again the new glass the same it is not clean at all. When you touch it you can feel the residue outside the class. The bread sticks have so much salt on them, hardly eatable taste. The cheese ravioli I ordered is not cooked properly. As it reached closing time, cleaning crew were in rush to clean to get home I guess. They took away our napkins while we were still eating and while doing the floor cleaning they never cared whether they are hitting customers. They are unfailingly apologetic each time, as programmed machines. An unpleasant Olive Garden experience.

Nice place, the buy-one-take-one-home makes it a great deal, but Im sorry: letting kids play with the tablet on the table automatically charges you 2 dollars? Seriously? Youre going to advertise games on my table and then charge me money when the kids touch it? No thanks. We have our own tablets and phones and the blatant upsell sours our experience. One more thing thats awkward: the server makes you pay on said tablet: which includes them suggesting which percentage of the bill should be the tip, right there out loud in front of everyone. Then the thing froze up when entering our e-mail and they had to take the battery out since the UI doesnt have a back button. Summary: too many MBAs are ruining this franchise with their tablet innovations. Last edit: why the heck does the tablet need a camera for? You better believe I take my privacy seriously.

We just moved 5 min away to this location and ive been there 2 times already. 1st time we went there our server was old asian lady and terrible experience. 2nd time we went there our server was gay jonathan and terrible experience again. I was flipped out to this guy so bad. The way that he was taking the order was like he put his arm on a counter laid down and listening and keep saying okeeeeeyy(annoying gay sound)and dont write the orders because he thought he is smart enough. Of course he forgot the appetizer. I was manager in the restaurant for 8 years and i havent seen any server like this in my life. When we were leaving 10 people standing by the hostess table and none of them said something like "goodbye".. Thats okay tho you just lost 1 customer its not a big deal for you guys. Terrible experience.. definitely not going again.

This place is horrible!!!! I was there last Saturday night, ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara, the chicken was 3 extremely tiny pieces and all burnt....the pasta was extremely dry. I loveeeee olive garden and been going for years but this was my first time at the Wayne location. My waiter was also terrible....he didnt even offered cheese to us with our food...when I asked for it he took almost 15 minutes to bring it to our table. Im so disappointed with the service and food from this location. We barely ate anything from our plates and just paid and left....cant believe we wasted $89+ tips for two f us and couldnt even eat. I hope the manager read all these reviews and do something about the food and service from this location.
