Not a big Olive Garden fan but convinced by my girlfriend to eat there. The service was ok and not a long wait but the waitress was not informative when it came to questions regarding the menu. Anyway I ordered Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara and a few minutes into my food I noticed bits of meat I did not recognize and asked what it was. I was told it was bacon. Immediately I was disgusted, I havent eaten pork in over 15 years. The manager happened to come over to ask how was the food and I explained what happen. He immediately apologized and returned with a new bill that took off the meal I ordered. His professionalism and candor for his customs is rare in big establishments. Although my meal was not what I expected, the way he handled the situation still allowed me to walk away with a pleasant experience. Thank you Damion for putting your customers first. Olive Garden need to know, you do their business justice.

This is the first review I have ever written so this goes for something. I love Olive Garden and was excited to go there with my girlfriend because she has never been there before. I am really disappointed to say that the customer service there was horrible. My girlfriend and I walked into the restaurant and the employees took notice of our presence but chose to avoid us. We thought they might have been busy clearing up tables, but even if that was the case they could have told us instead of choosing to go into the kitchen. We continued standing there for another 4 minutes and by this time multiple employees took notice of us yet they continued to chat with each other and look our way without so much as a word. We stormed out extremely upset. I am never visiting this location again and I suggest you do the same, I rather drive a longer distance than deal with these incompetent employees.

Italian food chain restaurant. I ordered the meal that included a piece of lasagna, Alfredo, and chicken parm. The Alfredo was cold, the other two just warm. Nothing special here. Very dull and bland taste. Youd find better tasting Italian at nearly any local pizza place, but if you want what they pretend theyre selling you here youll need to find a fine Italian restaurant. Service was good up to the point where we were waiting for our check. We needed to get up and find someone to handle it for us after sitting for far too long. You get what you pay for.

I love Olive Garden. The breadsticks, salad and soup are one of my favorite meals on the planet. However, the Livingston, NJ Olive Garden is the worst Olive Garden in the world. It always is a disaster, but on my most recent visit, after 45 minutes at our table, all we had was the salad and they were still trying to bring our drinks after several incorrect attempts. We just got up and left after informing the manager. This Olive Garden is terribly run. So terrible, in fact, that an Olive Garden lover like me will no longer go there.

This Olive Garden should be closed. The food was terrible. My Son in law had shrimp scampi and calamari. Both were overcooked. My dish was an angel pasta/parmesan pesto sauce with chicken. The chicken was overcooked and The pasta was dry and bland. My friends lasagna was mushy and The waitress was not friendly at all. I am a Customer service Supervisor and if someone sends a dish back a manager should come to the table to see what the problem is and how they can make the customer happy. Poor experience all around.

Its Olive Garden. Its pretty good for what it is. My family has been coming here for a few years/ once every three months or so. The menu used to be better, but theyve cut a lot of items off, most likely at the corporate level, to reduce costs. But the salad (unlimited lettuce as per Romanos Macaroni Grill commercial) is good. Breadsticks are good. Food is good and hot. Wine is good. Desserts good. And good place to take kids. And were always seated pretty quickly. Service is good also. 4 stars for what it is.

Went to this place on a later sunday afternoon but came back WITHOUT food. was seated by the lady at the entrance & then waited for 15 - 20 mins & noone even offered us a glass of water.. even after asking the other table server got NO response.. when we were leaving the manager did come running behind us to get us back but it was just not worth it the table behind us was also given the food & the waiter has forgotten the appetizers... Summary - avoid this place for an outing else u will be dissapointed

My family and I (large group) who frequently spend a decent amount of money in this place. Today, we came at 9:30pm 8 adults and 3 kids were told we had to wait 30 minutes but then the waitress came back to tell us that they close at 10 anyways... keep in mind that we walked around the entire restaurant and it was empty. We will never go back here. Horrible! I never knew a place that promotes to be opened do not take care of customer who arrive 30 minutes before they close.

We really like Olive Garden but the service at this restaurant was really really bad. I am not sure if everyone was treated the same way but for us the waiter didnt give any attention at all, the food was cold, it arrived really late and at the end I got a crumpled check (without the cover which normally comes along) to sign on. We are really dissapointed as the next nearest OG is about 11 miles from our place.

So disappointed in this place. My family and I arrived 40 mins before closing thinking it closed at 11pm instead of 10pm. The place was more than half empty. We were told that it was 30 mins to sit, so we agreed to wait. When the girl saw that we agreed she said "well its 30 mins to sit and by that time its time to close" All she had to say from the beginning was that they were closed. Never going again

We like coming to this Olive Garden as we rarely have to wait to be seated. Service is usually very good. Update 12/8/15: I wish they would ditch the Ziosks. They are annoying to me in a family restaurant. Maybe in the bar area they would work better. Give me plain old service and I am happy. We usually go during off peak hours and service & food has been good.

My name is Kwan, I liked the service from the waitress, she was polite and helpful. The food arrived at our table quickly. My food was delicious and warmnwarm I ordered the shrimp linguini. The environment was calm and clean. My mom and I didnt have to look for our waitress she was very attentive. I will be revisiting this Olive Garden in the future... Thank you!

Server failed to offer grated cheese for soup. Failed to bring beverages after being asked twice. Same with breadsticks. Nobody checked in to see how we were doing. Im not sure I want to be related if thats how they treat their family. Worst experience at OG ever. Only reason we went is my daughters dietary needs. Or wed have found a local non chain establishment.

Food was good but service was extremely slow. Waiter forgot our drinks also. Had a waitress stand next to the table behind us talking to a guy for the entire duration of our meal. Last but not least, I know we all have places to go but vacuuming the floors a half hour before restaurant closes is b.s. especially with people still dining there
