I cannot tell you how good or bad the burgers are here because I never got my order. The correct order. The person who took my original order was also on the phone at the time, and I got something totally different. I was then told by 2 people that they would make the correct burger. Fifteen minutes later, I get blank looks when I ask for my cheeseburger. "We cant make it without your ticket," they say. "I gave you my ticket 15 minutes ago," I tell them. More blank looks. I ask for my money back. "I dont even know how to do that," the 5 guys person tells me. Manager, "We need your ticket." And around in a circle, for another 15 minutes. I left 5 Guys starving, but finally with my money back.

Wonderful experience! I called in my order on my way from Northern New Jersey and told them approximately what time Id arrive. I went about 15min before closing and my order was ready without sparing a single notch of quality. They cooked each patty to perfection and gave me a generous amount of fries. The cashier and the cook were extremely courteous and polite. What an amazing team! I will definitely be dining here again. You guys rock!

Five Guys - the BEST! Impossible to top the worlds best fries - ingredients, "potatoes, oil". Made to order, everything fresh. Restaurant always clean, and the friendliest Five Guys ever. Its sad that Smashburger would even attempt to open one of their inferior establishments across the street. Five Guys rocks!

The food, decor and service are all great for a fast food burger joint. All toppings are free (and theres a lot of them!) and fresh. When I order Jalapenos, I can see them chop it right there. The burgers are never frozen, and the fries are done in peanut oil. I consider it "gourmet fast food".

I came here for the first time to try their food. I was missing fries in my order so I called them and let them know. The second time I came in they went above and beyond. It was unexpected and I am really glad they did. I will be coming back again.

I have a 5 Guys in my home town, but Ill still go out to this place just because theyre so friendly! They were all literally singing last time I went, what place sings when you order a burger?? This place is perfect, hands down.

Food is great, but one thing I dont understand is, why there is no place to change a diaper in either bathroom. This is something that should be a standard in any place that has children in their establishments.

Id give them 5 stars if they didnt blast the music like it was some sort of dance club. It made it difficult to understand the guy taking the order and to hear the people I was with.

The walls are covered with quotes and reviews praising the restaurant. When you try the food, you have to wonder if they were talking about the same place. Mediocre at best.
