If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered a salad on rapid order. I arrived at the location to a computer system outage. They made my order since I had already paid. They offered me a pastry for the inconvenience I respectfully declined due to me going to basic training in 2 weeks. My salad was incorrect. I had to go back to location. They made me stand outside as I was dripping sweat in my black scrubs while they corrected the problem. They gave me my new salad which seemed to be correct. i returned back to my office. When I opened the box to my salad I immediately smelled onions. As i mixed the dressing in I saw tomato and avocado at the bottom. I threw the salad out because I despise onions and I couldnt get over the taste. So clearly they didnt make me a fresh salad. Good thing I ordered a soup as well which I usually dont or i would be starving to finish out my 12 hour work day.

The girl at the order counter COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BITCHIER if she tried. She seems to be living a miserable existance and feels the need to stand at the counter with a sourpuss making everyones experience a bad one. Sandwich was small and super-greasy. Glad they supplied me with one thin napkin. Will not be returning to this establishment. Hire nicer employees. I can get a fabulous sandwich elsewhere for half the price.

I have visited this location in the past and let me say today was most disappointing. The food was great. The service was awful. I was ignored by the "customer service rep"(use that term lightly). It wasnt until I advised I was here to pick up the $140.00 corporate order that I received any type of acknowledgement. As advised this is a negative review and the president of my company has be advised of the rude staff

its unfortunate THIS location cannot get it together. Good people, THE WORST front end - 5 registers 1.5 associates 0 back up 3 managers No THRUPUT Coffee Urns drip no flow, short on supplies (raw sugar) shortstaffed (good people) mis-managed other options & better run PANERA locations within travel distance - worth the ride

The front end help very good. The kitchen staff lacking on this visit ask to cut breakfast sandwich in half and was handed a knife stating we do not do that. The oatmeal was a lump with very little fruit and granola. You can tell when a poor manager is working at this site.

It was ok food is fresh and tasty bag of chips have 1 oz of chips would have liked a little more Wanted to take out my drink after eating there and there were no lids for the small cups I asked an employee and was told they were out

The last three times that I have been to this Panera Bread location I have had bad experiences. I order for pickup and they always forget to put everything in the bag! Please check your bag before leaving panera or you will go hungry!

One Sunday morning, I ordered 13 bagels and found only 8 in the bag when I got home. They were supposed to be sliced, but they were closer to mangled than sliced. Sunday mornings arent busy at all at this location.

Good food but the service is horrible. Dont waste your lunch break because you wont have time to eat. And dont get it to go because they always forget part of your order. Absolutely ridiculous.
