If you love the beach you will love the Dunes Boardwalk Cafe. Central to both Ocean Grove and Asbury Park, it is located on the boardwalk and has parking right outside. This business is actually a collective of independent businesses with everything from wings, pizza, burgers, sushi, lobster rolls, tacos ice cream, breakfast items and a juice bar. Right now I am having a great slice of pepperoni pizza from the Papa Blitz Pizza stand while the wife is having smoothie made of a ton of fresh fruit from the Its All Good stand. Something for everybody here, this is a true Jersey Shore eatery.

My two teenagers and I absolutely loved our lobster rolls at The Lobstah Roll inside the Dunes Boardwalk Cafe! It, without exaggeration, is 5X better than any lobster rolls I have had in North Jersey and in New York City, even the fancy places claiming that theres is the best. Not so! THIS is where you can get it, and nowhere else!

Burger* cooked to medium rare perfection. Fries covered with the most amazing seasoning. And some of the best sauces I have ever tasted. A must go if you are on the boardwalk! However, seating could be a nightmare if it is rather busy. (sorry, I forgot the name of the burger)*

Great little variety food stop. Theres enough choices to satisfy most people here. Only annoying thing is that they still close at 9pm on Fridays and weekends. I feel like thats a lot of lost revenue for the people still walking around at 10pm or later on summer weekends.

Great diversity of food, drink and dessert offerings. Affordable for the whole family. Music is great and festive and setting is like a string of boardwalk eateries in one building. Great use of the space where others couldnt exist too long.

Very pricey pizza. Not willing to provide small glass of water without a charge. After paying $10 for 2 slices that tasted like card board and were extremely salty, tap water would have been appreciated. Very disappointed.

Only went in for an ice cream cone. Nice setup of different vendor selling different choices, some that you cant get on the Asbury boardwalk. Ocean views. Nice use of an old building I thought would be dead after Sandy.

Excited to have a great selection of food and drinks on the Ocean Grove boardwalk again. The selection is amazing from poke to burritos to acai bowls to ice cream to coffee, pizza, burgers, etc. The views are amazing

Try a tuna poke (or any other poke you like). I loved poke at the Dune cafe better than in a fancy restaurant. If you up for healthy eating and love seafood - classic lobster roll will positively surprise you!

Tried The Lobstah Roll. Platter comes with Cole Slaw, Corn and a bun stuffed full of lobster meat. No lettuce, tomato, etc. to take up space, just lobster meat. Delicious!
