We went here on a dead Monday (post football season) and the service was SLOW! Our waitress was not attentive at all and was preoccupied just shooting the $hit with the rest of the watiers who had no tables and nothing to do. I am not sure why they would have so many waiters on staff as it was beyond dead in there and all of those people just made their own circle of chatter doing absolutely nothing. I watched our waitress stand in this circle talking about nothing and she didnt even bother to come check on us. The food took a long time to come out also, which was odd considering the lack of patrons. Then again, the cooks were probably out there talking as well. The wings are good and the sauce variety is definitely hands down extensive. If you cant find the sauce flavor you want here then it doesnt exist. However, they might as well just sell wings, beer, and cocktails(which could use improvement) as nothing else here was really tasty in my opinion. The burger I ordered was just eh. It was edible and saved me from having to cook that night but I could have made a tastier burger at home. The 1 positive on the staff side is the Manager...or at least I think that is who he was. He was a very energetic gentlemen(I believe he was Spanish) and he came walked about the place with sheer energy and livelihood. Too bad he didnt break up the waiters during the 45min+ pow wow that was going on.He came over and asked how everything was to which we basically shrugged indicating that we werent impressed. He didnt even blink and kept it moving. This obviously means he doesnt listen to the customers.

You would think that a hamburger and fries would be the easiest thing for a restaurant to serve. Last night, Sunday, I ate at Buffalo Wild Wings in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Arrived at 6:10 and sat at the bar area. Ordered wing appetizer and a burger. At 7:15 the burger and fries arrived along with the appetizer. I was expecting the appetizer much earlier, and would have ameliorated the hour wait for the entrée. There were no utensils or napkins at the table, I went to busboys station to get some napkins but I couldnt find any utensils. The food when served was already at room temperature, the fat on the burger had already turned back to a solid. The fries were inedible and hard now that they were at room temperature. I ate the slaw with my hand, since I never saw the server again to get a fork. To pay the bill I had to go over to his station where he processes the credit cards and ask for the bill. One the way back I saw that the woman at the table next to me didnt eat her burger or fries and asked if hers was cold too, and she said yes. To get a refill of a drink one of my guests had to walk up to the bar to ask for one. When I told the server, while I was paying, that the food was cold, he blamed the kitchen. I still prefer Fuddruckers for a burger, the grill cook and the expediter that assembles the orders are in an open area and you can watch them grill your burgers. You are never served cold food there.

I regularly come here with my boyfriend and tolerate the awful service, because were normally starving when we come and dont have anywhere to be.This time, we got up and left with no staff/waiters knowing. The two stars Im giving fulfill the good food and the fact that they at least brought the goddamn food to us. Thats about it. Everything else, we did ourselves. We came in, found ourselves a table in the bar area. We were standing next to an uuncleared table for about 15 minutes before a waitress noticed. When she finally took our order, the food came out suspiciously fast. Not complaining though, that was pretty much the only service we received in a timely manner. Listen, I get it. Ive been a waitress, I know it gets crazy. Not only are they understaffed most of the time, but this waitress in particular was entirely inattentive. We finished our food and waited for another 20 minutes, and still no one had checked on us. At this point, I walked to the car, got my ATM card, withdrew cash from their ATM, got change for a $20 from the bar, got a box to pack my food, returned to the table and still no waitress... Lol. After I had packed our food, calculated our bill myself and put the cash and tip on the table, we just walked out. And no one noticed. Dont ask why I bothered with a decent tip.

A friend and I went to BWW on a Sunday afternoon to watch Yankees game and enjoy some wings. We are wing nuts so we know a good wing. As we entered we sat at the bar. The bar tender (female) seemed very disinterested in us. She served us 2 cold beers, which I can get a cold beer anywhere. We sat for a few minutes and ordered the "food. We order 24 wings medium spice and nachos. First off the food came in cardboard baskets like i am in a school cafeteria. No plates and the blue cheese was gross. The nachos were horrible. It seemed like they took some old lettuce and plopped it on some chips and pored Hormel bean-less chili on top with some jalapenos. The wing quality was poor, not crispy at all, kinda slimy and were on the small side. We did not even finish the wings. After all said and done it was 45 dollars without tip for 5 beers, 24 wings and some crappy nachos. Also the staff was hanging out with each other and gossiping right next to us at the bar which makes me uncomfortable. So in closing go to your local pub that probably serves better food on plates and at better prices.

Went to this BWW during grand opening week last year. Waited 3 hours for our food to show up. Service was awful. Went back in December to try it again, and had the same experience. again 3 hours to get food. The server did not put the whole order in for some reason, it was a disaster. Manager gave us some coupons to return. Went again this past weekend to use those coupons, and was happy to see the quality of the food was still good. This time service was FAST and the food came out HOT. Biggest complaint that night was the NOISE. The big "sporting event" for the night was Wrestlemainia. The volume of the audio was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation with the person next to me. I could not hear a thing the server said, and I had to YELL my order at the top of my lungs. Yea, I know it is supposed to be a sports bar but I cant imagine anyone wanted the volume so loud. This location is the closest to me, but still too far for take out so it may be a while before I go back. Food is great, service has been improved, but the overall experience was just not worth it.

Worst service. I came with about 15 people and they put us in an isolated dark room by the bar. No TV with 2 dim lights. We only had one waitress assigned. My husband had to ask the waitress if we can have more lights and have the TV on. We waited for 45 min. before we got our appetizer and another 45 minutes for our main meal. That only happened when I started complaining. Most of our guests already consumed 3 glasses of soda while waiting for our food. The room looks like a stock room for chairs and high chairs. Not clean at all. Of course, a bug bit my son - his arm was all swollen. manager came and said I will you a discount - I do not need the discount I said, but the service which we never got. My son was not even able to get a cake for his birthday -- We came before 7pm and was still there at 10 pm - kids were already half asleep. They ruined my sons 7th bithday. We hated the place, we hated the food, and most of all, we hated the service. What kind of customer service training did these people get --- None maybe .
