A server will say they will be back in 5 minutes to get your drink order and will have you walking out in 20 minutes because they havent come back to help you. Previous visit, a bartender just said "Oh I forgot about you guys." when I asked her what happened to our drinks. Idiots. Im walking distance from that restaurant and could be an easy patron but their poor service has me walking down the street to Potbellys Riverside cafe, where its BYOB, and you receive classy service from cute young servers instead of the old haggard ones suffering from memory loss waiting to croak at The Exchange.

just went there with some co workers. Its a racist bar. My coworker asked where the bathroom was and she responded, " the outhouse is out back".Now if you dont know what an outhouse is then educate yourself a little and realize that they 1. probably have a bathroom inside, 2. probably have plumbing. racist assholes.

Absolutely the best time weve ever had there. Matt and Marcus were teriffic. Jason talked us into coming back and were glad he did. Group of 17 and everything worked out perfectly. If you catch any one of these three guys as your waiter, youll have a great time.

The bar scene is nice and friendly. The food is a disaster, Im not sure if the customers are just eating it because its easy but the food is not good at all. Really needs an update to menu and flavors.

Nice covered outdoor patio for summer months. However, patio faces street which gets busy during rush hour (5pm). Service is on the slow side (possibly on purpose) food is good.

The Exchange needs to bring back their signature Prime Rib entree on a daily basis, not when the mood hits them. Otherwise, service quality and quantity are excellant.
