Rich the Rustic Farmer
This place was fantastic! From the time we entered and were taken care of by Cassidy to the end of lunch was amazing. I got a seafood platter that was scrumptious and the crabcake had more real clam than any other crab cake I have had. Im picky on my restaurants and was sceptical when I seen the prices on my menu, buy my $25.00 meal could have stuffed 2 adult eaters. I barley fit it all and again it was all top notch fresh seafood. Only wish I would have had was for breaded and baked clambs no one seems to have them

We recently passed through on our perimeter of NJ hike series, and they were the only establishment to sell food in the entire area... But dont let that be the only reason to visit. The staff was courteous and genuinely interested in what we were doing. They were patient and efficient bringing food to our group of 15, and the food tasted excellent. You see, my family USED to run this place. The staff and food has good horribly down hill since we lost it. It was the Waterfront Cafe. Wonderful staff, it was like a huge family. Customers used to be treated with such respect. Now because of new ownership, it sucks. We have been tempted to go visit it . All of the old staff, I want to see how bad it actually is now. Our old cook I believe said she came there once after we left, she hated it

Had a great Sunday morning breakfast. A few of us commented on how good we thought the coffee was. A simple local place at the waters edge where the road ends. Eggs, pancakes, waffle, bacon & awesome fresh fried potatoes w/onions came out timely and as ordered!

Wonderful restaurant! The food was a five out of five for me and the waitress was very nice. I ordered the California burger and it was so good! It was the best meal I had eaten in a while. I highly recommend this resteraunt to others.

Waitress was nice. Wait for food was a bit unreasonable. Crab bisque soup was great. The linguine and clams was honestly the worst entrée Ive purchased in a while. How does a seafood restaurant mess up pasta and clams?

Was not impressed. Three of us ordered crab stuffed shrimp ($22.95) The best thing about the dinner was the coleslaw and coffee. Dessert was less impressive. Undercooked rice pudding. Sorry I really wanted to like it

Horrible service. Food was cold , chicken Oscar had no asparagus, they were out of cole slaw and baked sweet potatoes . Waiter didnt know anything.
