Horrible service! Staff tried to convince me not to order something because they had a back log of two sandwiches and told me it would be a couple mintues. After 6 orders passed in front of me I asked the staff if I just missed mine and the girl gave me an attitude and made yet another order in front of mine after asking what I needed twice. Then she threatened an employee in front of me if she got in her way again she was going to punch her in the face... Also never get simple coffee orders right, ever!

The service was great. Employees do their job with a smile on their face and rarely mess up orders. Stanley, Harrison and Casey were happy to strike up a conversation with me while I was waiting for my order while catering to other guests as well as me. Once, one of them forgot to add something to my drink and happily fixed it for me and offered to make a new one on the spot. I wouldnt go to any other Starbucks, they have become my regular routine!

Although, there is limited indoor seating, this is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are made perfectly. I usually get a Carmel Macchiato or an Ice Coffee when I go here and my drink always tastes just right. This Starbucks can get a bit crowded because of its small size, but this is only a problem during the winter because there is outdoor seating.

If this location wasnt so close Id probably never come here. The baristas have a horrible attitude and have no customer service skills. The coffee isnt bad but I can get good coffee with friendly service at numerous other coffee shops. Id advise this location to get your store in check because youll be losing my business after this past experience!

Management keeps the inside temperature cold and uninviting. We asked one of the workers about it and were given a vague answer. There were plenty of napkins and newspapers on tables, indicating their staff does not come around and clean very often.

Too short staffed... Typical long lines with a bit of attitude to go with the coffee! Coffee is Great! Starbuckss quality is always awesome! Now if they could just hire better attitudes then this place may get a second try!

This Starbucks is a hit or miss with service. The folks that work there regularly are true to the customers but when it gets busy it falls apart. Service gets shaky and it gets dirty real quick. But all in all I still stop by.

There is free WiFi! Lol... A lot of people go there in the evenings and there is siting outside. Starbucks need to hire people to clean up the tables at short intervals because apparently Americans are quite messy.
