Firstly, the coffee house is rarely clean. In all the visits Ive made to this location I always find the tables and restrooms dirty! There is no excuse for this! I always arrive at or no more than 30 minutes after. An establishment, especially one serving food and beverages, should be cleaned each night before closing or at the very least prior to opening in the morning. Secondly, the damn place is always cold! When entering through the doors heat is felt but it does not extend to the other areas of the coffee house. When going there I always have to bundle up for the frigid indoor temperatures. One cant enter the place, take off outer garments and simply relax in a heated and comfortable environment. I could understand if this were an isolated incident, but this is always the case, no matter how low the outdoor temperature drops. Thirdly, the quality of the coffee beverages are consistently inconsistent! Why? It is always luck of the draw! Also, how many times are the employees going to overcharge for soy or almond milk in a regular coffee? Most often the employees dont even have the decency and integrity to apologize! Lastly, a few of the employees carry the appearance of being in need of a nice grooming. They may not actually be dirty but they certainly "appear to be. I completely get the "casual" culture. However, how much effort is required in appearing "tidy?

Really rude young lady at the cashier!! I waited patiently to pay for a bottle of water. There were 2 cashiers open so when one of them became open I moved in front of it (it was my turn after 4 minutes of waiting!) the rude lady yelled at me speaking very fast I didnt really understood what she was saying. But the other lady said she wanted me to go back to the line! I did. And then after 10 seconds she called me again because it was my turn!! Pretty unnecessary humiliation. The employees at this place seem to think they work at the post office. Guys, if you dont understand the culture and philosophy of this place you need to find another job. Its really sad when Im consitely finding the service at the family owned local coffee shops or even Duncan Donut to be much more friendlier that this place! Time for a change of cup of coffee:)

Most of the employees are not very friendly or welcoming. The line is Usually 15 Deep at Any time of the day! (I usually go, or Try to go, around 11AM). They are slow to make orders compared to other Starbucks (or most other places for that matter). When I can see the people lined up from the register to the front door, From Outside, I know I dont even have to get out of my car! This is sad because I live minutes away and I pass by there a couple of times a day! If u can order in advance from your smart phone, it is Highly recommended. Then it will take about 10-15 minutes. Then you can just walk in, grab your order & go! Also, I feel, for an average tasting cup of coffee, a Grande (Just 16 ounces), is a bit over priced!

Well there is a first time for everything. This is the first time Ive had to give a Starbucks a negative review. The main issue was the customer service. The guy at the register was disconnected, and didnt like me asking a question. The other gentleman making my drink was just nasty, and didnt seem to care about me as a customer. To add insult to injury the bathroom was destroyed. Never seen that before.

I made sure to do a Starbucks tour on Google reviews today to specifically speak on what needs improving and for this location: the third time Ive been here and once again the Wifi did NOT work. Ive been here three times in 2 years and whats the irony of that other than dont come here to work and sip. Just sip. ugh. It was crowded today so I had to sit outside. The one in Glenridge, BETTER to me.

Incredibly rude barista cashier forgot to put my cup up I remind them I am standing right in front of barista after 3 other drinks she finally makes mine then puts it on the counter and calls out the drink knowing its for me & nobody else is standing at the counter..grow up & leave the job to a willing participant!

Its a nice and little local Starbucks with average service. The one thing that isnt so great about it is that their is one customer who is always calling someone and raging. Other than that I usually spend my time there a lot.
