Great selection of coffee! The shop has a lot of charm - like walking into a general store about 100 years ago, complete with wooden floors, massive barrels of coffee beans and the intoxicating aroma of both coffee and peanuts (they make their own peanut butter from scratch). Also a very nice selection of confections (candy, candied fruit, chocolate covered nuts etc). The coffee is also delicious, and they have a HUGE variety. Great to see mom and pop shops like this that weathered the good and bad times of Newark. The area is not that bad. Parking may be an issue but I never drive downtown.

This is a dangerous store for your undisciplined café drinker. The smell of the store will grab you and lock you in. You smell the roasting of tree nuts and coffee beans. You have your teas for the foo foo drinkers just joking. You have snacks like trail mix, dried fruit, peanuts, pretzels and candy just to name a few. You can get pumpkin, cinnamon, Columbian, hazelnut and regular coffees just to name a few. This is the best store on Broad, Mulberry, Halsey, Washington and University.

Loads of different types of coffee beans and flavors. And if Im not coming here for the coffee Im picking up from their huge selection of candies or natural foods. They grind their own peanut butter right in the back of the shop. And all the staff are friendly and helpful. Yes they sell tea, too. Edit: Just saw the Peanut Butter and Egg Nog syrups to die for
