Craving Chicago style deep dish, I took my family of 4 to this Uno last Sunday for lunch. As expected, the pizza hit the spot. What was unexpected was a VERY high level of expert service we got from our server, Dana. We were seated near the bar, and from the moment she came over, she was extremely attentive without getting in the way at all - that is the hallmark of a consummate server. She listened carefully, repeated our order to make sure she got it right, then the food came out a lot earlier than we had anticipated. Empty glasses were quickly replaced, and we could tell that she was scanning our table to make sure everything was all right as she walked back and forth from other tables. This is the kind of service you expect on cruise ships 5-star hotels and exotic resorts, not along Route 73 in Maple Shade NJ. Kudos to the management for training her so well. We found our new favorite spot! EDIT - More we go to other restaurants along Route 73, better we like Unos of Maple Shade. Wish there were 6 stars, so I could give it.

I dont like the waiters attitude never evening greet it us at the table. Off the back wad totally disrespectful to my Aunt giving a lot of body language and facial expressions like she dont like us. I dont like the fact she keep on watch us at the table and rushing us at the table while we were eating.. I feel really distespected and I feel she should not work here anymore with attitudes with customers. I should be treated with respect and kindness, I dont know why you were hire a women like with attitudes and a whole lot of body language.. You should start thinking about your customer and I they feel in your restaurant... PLEASE TALK WITH SHANNON WITH HER DISRESPECT ATTITUDE..... Super Angry and distasteful

First of all it took like ten minutes for the waitress to acknowledge that I was sitting down...ordered a Pina Colada..which was watered down with no alcohol whatsoever in it...the manager some fat caucasian guy persist to argue with me that there alcohol in it...and says to me Im not gonna risk losing my liquor license because you want alcohol in it..AYFKM...REALLY this was my first time here and my last....so I left HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Overall I give this place a 4 out of 10. The salad seemed like the dressing was a sauce it was cooked in. The veggies werent fresh nor crunchy as a normal salad should be. Steak was ordered medium well and came out over cooked. It was very tough. Furthermore, the garlic bread on the plate is ok but it would be better served warm. Finally the dessert we ordered is over priced for the quality it is and the quantity.

Ive been here a bunch of times. The beer list is solid and the food usually is as well. Last time I was here might be the last though the thin crust pizza tasted worse than Elios and my food was pretty bland. It was surprising and disappointing. Might have been bad luck, but with good craft bars opening closer I dont know if Ill come back soon.

Place needs a good cleaning, inside and out. Our pizza came out while in the middle of our salads, and was warm, not hot. The food is ok, but nowhere near as good as the one in Kissimmee, Florida that we frequent when we are there. Disappointed, as we have to travel an hour to eat at this location. .

Stopped by here for a quick lunch 8/19/2016. I had half rack of ribs with bake beans and fries. Everything I had was the way I wanted. Ribs were tender and juicy. Fries were crispy crunch. Most of all, my server was so welcoming and paid full attention to me during my stay. Highly recommended.

Our pizza was not good. The kids didnt even eat theirs and they live on pizza. Theres many more options for pizza around. Id recommend most of them over Uno. Uno does have a decent beer menu, but Id rather go to Millers down the road and eat better food.

Yum! The pizza here is awesome. I know its so bad for you... but it is just so good. This place also has surprisingly good drinks and a good bar area. Definitely check it out! The service is also quite good :)

Great service, delicious food, tasty beer on a diverse beer menu -- theres a reason we have been to UNOs in Maple Shade over and over for several years (and for a couple of decades in four different states!)

Great food! After I go there my stomach hurts from stuffing myself with steak and dont get me started on their desserts - amazing. I dont recommend the pizza truthfully - especially not for children.

Love they have GF burger buns and burgers but they need GF french fries. and when you order take out they forget the lettuse and side extras even when they are reminded twice. At least is was Hot

I love this place, Great staff, Awesome Food, and the Severs here are Very warm welcoming!! I got the flat bread here and it looks professional looking I recommend coming here for lunch.

The entire staff is awesome! Allison and Brittany are the best bar servers! They always remember my order. The Power salad is great! I get it every time I come here and they remember!

Missed Uno and the appetizers were terrific especially the buffalo wings. The pan pizza always a hit for us. We still miss the seafood delico pizza.....bring it back please! !

Servers brought the wrong food to us 3 times. My chicken salad came without chicken. The food was awful, and my 5 year old became violently ill after eating here. The worst!

We eat here once in a while as its close. Consistently good. I would avoid steaks though and stick with other stuff on the menu. Pizza, Salad, Burgers, Nachos all good.

This place is the best for a quick sit down lunch. They have a select menu that is so quick that you can get in and out in 30 minutes! The food is also very tasty!

Tap list is awesome and they offer samplers. Not in love with the food, but the beer dinners are a whole different story. Friendly staff.
