Love racks its my go to place to be around good people.....my niece is up visiting from Georgia and I decided to bring her to racks for a night fun. My niece asked a passing bar tender if she could order a bottle service from her......the bar tender ignored my niece at first so my niece tapped the bar tender and said excuse me and asked the bar tender again about bottle service. The bar tender then turned around to my niece with and attitude and rudely said yelling "CAN YOU CHILL". My niece told me what happened and I asked the bar tendered did someone ask about bottle service?, she said yes and I said you know she felt as if you was really rude to her, bar tender then said to me yea I was rude so what I just need a moment. Bartender also got smart mouthed and rude with me.........I didnt appreciate the rudeness and the unprofessionalism the bartender presented.

Good food..friendly staff..can take kids for some awesome wings, cheesecake Hogie or burgers! They Do need an upgrade to the decor. Needs paint job and remove carpets. Too much clutter on walls and Flat screen TV needs repair. Time for owner to renovate. Update 8-2017 management painted place a very ugly black color. Why?? Still too much clutter. If this is what they call a renovation its dissapointing. Need to watch Bar Rescue to get some ideas

Racks is a post-highschool sports bar equipped with loud music, okay food, some decent specials, some craft beer, and an outdoor patio. Its not a bar you go to alone for a quiet dinner or the wonderful atmosphere. You go here to get borderline drunk and uber home possibly regretting buying as many shots for random people as you did. As I said, its a post highschool sports bar. Its nothing more, nothing less.

I just watched the staff very respectfully and professionally handle an extremely unruly and unprofessional customer (who was berating bartenders and throwing things across the bar).I have been here many times and have never seen anything like it. Ridiculous. The staff and management here are phenomenal and the food is fantastic. Kyrie is da bomb.

Piss poor customer service. Sat at the table waited 20 minutes. No service. Waitress for my area (I assume) I was seated in had walked by 3 different times delivering other customers orders. Yet I cant even get a drink order in let alone a food order. No acknowledgement that I customer seating at a table waiting to put a order in. So I just left.

Typical low end sports bar. Its decent for the area, but if want better quality food victory isnt too far on Rt73. Occasionally they have live music which is good. They would get a 4 star from me if they could improve the quality of the food. Most of the time it seems to be microwaved. Service is decent when its not busy.

Horrible, worst service every, server rolled her eyes when i asked her for mayo, but fumny when her shift was done and wanted a tip, she was a angel. (Rememner nikki?) Food isnt that much better either. Make sure you dont eat outside unless you have a fly swatter

OK food and fun place on the weekends, but the bartenders are terrible. Dont get a mixed drink here, the bartenders are clueless and you pay a ridiculous price. If this establishment had more competition, they would struggle to stay in business !

The customer service sucks the manager is a dick and the staff argues with their customers I always go to the one in Williamstown but I wouldnt never come either establishment again! Do yourself a favor get new management and get new staff!

I enjoyed myself towards the end, but before I even got bottle service. As I was trying to catch the attention of one of the bartenders (Jackie) she rudely yelled at me. I have never experienced this type of behavior at any bar.
