My son and I were going on a regular basis over the past year. Picked this location due to proximity of the AMC movie theater. Have seen the service level drop over the past 6 months. When you walk to be seated busy or not the hostess usually there are at least two seem confused on where to seat us. Even on slow days. Then the waiter service is the slowest staff I have ever seen. On 12/26 was the last straw. My family and I went for dinner prior to a movie. 10 minutes to be seated with no wait ahead of us and in a half full restaurant, another 15 minutes to be greeted by the server 10 minutes for drinks (not alcohol drinks) 20 minutes for our appitizer, 30 minutes later from getting our apps the entrees came out. Yes 30 minutes later. And they were wrong. We didnt see our waitress for 10 minutes so I went to look for someone else. I found my waitress at another table carrying on in a conversation. I stood by 2-3 will she shot me dirty looks like I was bothering her. So I went to the hostess desk and asked for a manager. I went back to my table and we began to eat our cold incorrect meals. 10 minutes later the waitress showed back up to inform us that the manager was to busy to come by our table. Now buy this time the place was at best 1/4 capacity. Upon leaving there were no customers in our section and evey table was full of dishes left over food and drinks and not bused. The place was so dirty it was disgusting. As in said the service had been going down hill the past few months and its obviously a management issue especially since one did not want to come by our table. Most likely tired of hearing complaints or doesnt care. To top it off we we 10 minutes late for our movie do to the slow poor service. Suggest other options and take this one offf

Garbage restaurant- Service staff is terrible, hosts are incompetent, and mnagement is ridiculously slow. I ordered takeout and was not given my card back after paying. They have no dedicated takeout, so the hostess had to ask a server. Watched her ask the server and him shake his head no at her? Seriously? Was never given my card back and came in today to get it. I have been here for 20 minutes and so far have watched a host yell at a server in front of customers who were waiting to be sat, then watched the server come back and tell the host that "he swears to God" if the host ever talked to him like that again. Meamwhile I am STILL waiting for a manager to come up with my card. I could have driven here from my house faster than they got to me. Would never eat at this place. Unprofessional and slow. At this point it may be quicker to open a new bank account because I havent even seen a manager walking around here. Update: manager came up front and had no idea someone was here for a card or if they had it. AFTER I CALLED TO ASK AND WAS TOLD IT WAS HERE. How is this place still in business with this level of incompetency. Also they did have my card. They didnt check my ID. So if you ever need a free debit card that isnt yours go into TGI Fridays in Marlton NJ bc they will just give you one if they have one.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited a half hour before our waiter literally dropped a basket of chips and salsa on our table and kept walking. Another 10 minutes before he came to get our drink order. We placed our whole order for appetizer and meals but drinks didnt come for another 10-15 minutes. Another half hour for our appetizer. When our meals finally came over an hour and half of waiting, they were all over cooked and sides were wrong. Our waiter "tried" to explain why our sides were wrong but literally said "I dont know what to tell you but at this point we dont have anymore mac and cheese". our waiter offered a side of jack Daniels sauce for our over cooked steaks but it took another 15 minutes to get that. Drink (non alcoholic) refills took at least 10 minutes each time. Aside from the food service being horrible, there were 2 waitresses that were clearly busting their asses and we watched them ask the hostesses to help clean some tables (3 hostesses just standing there not doing ANYTHING). To which the hostesses started cursing at the waitress. Are you kidding?!?! The manager came around to all the tables and offered discounts and apologized but we wont ever be going back to this location. The staff was offensive and rude and service was horrible.

I really used to love Fridays until tonight.I just moved to this area with me and my girlfriend and we decided to stop at Fridays. I started off asking the waitress if they did the special here which is the 474.She said no ever Fridays is different.I said oh ok.Then I asked her do you still have The sesame jack stripes and she said no.So I a asked her if I order the jack Daniels wings how many would I get and she said 12. I order that and my girlfriend order the battered shrimp with fries.30 min later our food came out and we looked at each other like what is this.The fries were old and cold.Her Shrimps were extremely over cooked and my jack Daniels wings looked microwaved.There were only 8 wings on my plate(what happened to 12). The waitress said oh sorry let me get the manager.The manager came over and said oh yeah I see what yall mean about the food ok would you like something else.My girlfriend said yes.I said no I am fine.I said to her this food here is horrible.They need to hire new cooks immediately.I told here we shouldve went to Applebees for all of this.There were no coupons or discount on check for any inconvenience.Dont waste your money or time going to this place.Better food with drive through service.

We went for dinner, and I ordered the Jack Daniels ribs, while my wife ordered flatiron steak with lobster tail. Food came out in a timely manner, and quality was good overall, although I dont know why they modified the menu to now exclude coleslaw and wetnaps from being served along with the ribs. The steak was very good, but the lobster tail came out salted, which made it slightly too salty to be thoroughly satisfying. We felt a little rushed, as the server kept coming around and asking if we were finished, but I suppose some diners may desire their plates whisked away at the earliest possible moment. Finally, having run a restaurant myself, we typically charged 3x the cost of bottled alcoholic beverage, meaning a $15 bottle of wine would be charged $45, and a $1.25 bottle (wholesale price) of beer would be charged $4. a 12oz. glass of Angry Orchard hard cider, which should have an at cost of less than a dollar was charged over $6.50, which comes out to more than twice the standard cost, or, equivalent (slightly more, actually) to what they charge at Tampa International Airport. Overall, good meal, good service, would eat here again.

Just came from the Evesham Fridays and had horrible service. It took 25 minutes to get the food order in. The server took about 10 minutes talking to another table. He walked by and I said we are ready to order. His response was hell be back because another table needed a glass. This wouldve been OK, but Ive just watched him talk to another table for 10 minutes. When he finally got back, I said something about the excessive time with the other table, he said he was talking to family friends. I guess his job does not take priority. Forgot to refill my daughters Sprite, didnt come back to the table, so I finally went to the bar. Asked for the check and a water, forgot the water. The best was when I took my son to the bathroom, he was cleaning a table next to ours and dropped a fork on our table. It startled my wife so she jumped. His response was not sorry, but said to my wife to relax because it wasnt like it was a knife. This is the guy representing Fridays. Im never going back. Also the food is nothing special.
