First and last time ever going here. We got sat at the first booth next to the door which was cold and there were plenty of other open tables it wasnt busy at all! We ordered an app and what came out of the kitchen was nothing like the description on the menu, we sent it back when it came out the second time it was worse but we were starving at this point because the service is deathly slow! Decided to try something else just to give the place a chance, that was even worse! We decided to not get anything else even though we were both still hungry. My husband and I were both very sick that night and next day from eating the food, we had to cancel our weekend plans!! Our waitress was Jessica and was so rude when she did come to the table otherwise she left us waiting a very long time for service! There is just so many things wrong with this place, having worked in several restaurants myself I know whats acceptable and what isnt. Nothing about this place was acceptable.

We come about once a week, but wont anymore. The Friday day bartender is awesome. The manager is apologetic & accommodating. The music is fun. The food is always bad, except the pretzel bites. The salads are hard, wilted, & soggy. The pot stickers have a stream of water flowing out of them if steamed & theyre always undercooked. Our glasses are always dirty, to the point we ask for plastic. We get this is a nighttime heavy business, but during the day, its about lunch & the food is always subpar or straight up inedible. One star is for our fave bartender Friday day. One star is for the fact we get greeted, our order is taken, & that it comes out correct, if not inedible and the bathrooms are clean. Come here for fun. Come hang & drink. The food makes it not worth it, for the price & quality.

Ive been to every pjs in the area and by far this is the worst. My parents refuse to go there anymore because the staff looks like they just woke up out of bed, extremely unprofessional. The waitresses are beyond rude, on some occasions they have even talked back or were very snippy. That makes a customer more than apprehensive seeings these people are handling the food. The food is always lukewarm or cold because the service is slow. I really hope the manager reevaluates his/her establishment because this is a direct reflection of their poor management.

Horrible experience. Came here after college graduation with my family. It took at least 45 minutes for our food and it wasnt even busy that day: not only that but our waitress got our orders wrong, and never asked us if we needed refills etc. even though she walked passed our table multiple times. she also decided to clean the table right next to me, and sprayed the chemicals on the table which traveled into my mouth while I was trying to eat. Never going to this one again. The one on 73 is so much better.

Trying to have a nice night out with my wife on wing night. Customer comes in smelling like gasoline. It was very offensive especially if you are eating. He Did not have enough class to move to another seat. My wife and I had to move from the bar. This man was argumentative and arrogant. Trying to provoke a fight. Very surprising from a 50 year old man. Our night was ruined. The manager and bartender were very kind. I would recommend going to another pj!s, better clientele

By far they hold the largest group of snobby, rude and completely unprofessional waitresses in the area! Its sad because I believe they have the best wings around, but as well as the fries .... Cold as hell! Whats even more worst is being sat right near the front door... Really?!? Nowhere near busy at all, Management is completely horrible! Ive seen better management and staff at Chic Fil A and Wendys lol. Really really disturbing, I will never come back to this location.

This use to be the best food and service in the area. Not anymore!!! The quality of food has gone down steadily over time. The prices are up and the food quality down. They have obviously changed either their food quality or the way they prepare it.Wings are below average and salads are now mostly lettuce where you need to hunt for the chicken. It used to be my first choice if going out for a casual meal, not anymore.

I had gotten the hot and honey wings at the Flyers game and they were awesome, borderline addicting. We were in the area and decided to get them from the restaurant. I ordered 20 wings not knowing the price and went to pick them up. The wings were not even close to the wings at the stadium and cost me 23.50 for 20 wings wow. Its weird that wings at a stadium can be so much better than wings prepared in a restaurant.

PJs are some of my favorite wings in the area. Good happy hour deals, always a good tap selection, and with their new expanded "outside" area, theres never really a wait for a table or bar seat. Staff is friendly albeit sometimes a bit aloof in their duties. I will always go here over pretty much any sports bar/pub in the area because it just hits the right spot of price/quality/beer selection.

On a Monday night 830pm, the place was decently busy but not really... it took the waitress 25 minutes for me to get a beer after already waiting 10 minutes to get a table with tons open. It was game 6 of the Flyers first round cup finals, so i will give them that. Great bar food and drink selection. But dont go if you are in any kind of hurry.I would recommend though.

Wings were good. Service was abominable. Special shout-out to our server, Mary, for her first-rate inattentiveness, no napkins, plates not cleared, no clarity on the menu choices, soup received after bread was eaten, and no order to take an order back despite that it was clearly too spicy. We had to ask other servers to find Mary. Not planning on returning.

Me encanta el estilo de esta cadena. Un montón de pantallas para ver deportes, todo de madera, muchos tipos de cerveza y con una carta variada de comida americana a buen precio.

Customer service is terrible. I used to frequent this place quite often. Food is not nearly as good as it used to be. If you like to wait until your mouth is drip dry this is your place, the bartenders have no sense of urgency and are rude. I will make it my point to stay away from there and tell everyone about the poor customer service they provide.

The food is pricey but enjoyable. The wings are the real deal and few places can match their brilliance. The beer selection and pretty bartenders are great sights to see. But ultimately the prices of things, especially beer is unknown until you see your bill, like most places. Ultimate decision, could cost you the farm, but once in a blue moon is ok.

Fried pickles were way over cooked and dry. I ordered the JD Burger (medium), and it was still bleeding. The roll looked like a maxi pad! The mild wings werent bad, but that was about the only thing that wasnt. If youre in the mood for PJs, go to the one on Rt 70 in Cherry Hill. Way better!!
