I never had a bad experience until I sat at a table in the bar. The server brought out the first round of drinks in a reasonable time, the second round took 20-25 minutes. About 5 minutes after we got drinks directly from the bar. My husband ordered a medium rare steak, it came out well done. After we complained, the manager told us there was a problem with another one of our entrées, so basically let it die under the lights. The second one they brought out was not much better. The server ignored us, even though it wasnt busy. The manager offered free dessert, which we never intended to get. Management is terrible and servers need more customer service training, especially for a bar closer. Sadly, I will not be back. The food and service is usually good.

I find it appalling that a business whom which myself as well as my colleagues order from a handful of time a week, would stop honoring the lunch special to go without notice. You took my money then told me that is would not be honored and I would have to pay extra. Due to having a limited time for lunch/dinner break, as most businesses do, it is not feasible to dine in at your establishment. After leaving this very unpleasant taste in my mouth my colleagues and myself, will no longer be ordering take out. As well as attending your facility in the future....disappointed.

First of all its beautiful on the outside then you walk in and its even more beautiful a real sight to see. Getting a table was pretty seamless. The menu is extensive I think there is something for everyone I ordered the sirloin steak King and that came with veggies and mashed potatoes. It was a lil bit of heaven the apps I ordered were great too crab and cheese wontons and the sauce for that is good to the soup was good crab bisque. They have alcohol and mixed drinks definitely looking forward to going back.

Terrible, THIS PAST weekend The rib and chicken combo was terrible!!! The chicken was DRY! THE RIBS TASTED LIKE WHAT WET DOG WOULD TASTE LIKE....The waiter was nice he told Manager who offered a dessert BIG F!! ING DEAL DESSERT.... THE MANAGER NEVER EVEN CAME OVER TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS OR OFFER ANYTHING OTHER THAN SENDING THE MESSAGE through WAITER ABOUT A CHEAP DESSERT..... TERRIBLE DISH,TERRIBLE MANAGER!! I GIVE IT ONE STAR BECAUSE IT NICE atmosphere...

Great happy hour deal Id stick with the drinks over the happy menus which I rate as only 1.5stars out of 5.My biggest issue is the bar staff taking to long to get to the customers.With 2 bartenders in a not so busy bar come on.Management either is not trained or not enough experience to notice.So I over only give it 3 stars out of 5.Good luck because they must of spent a fortune on the building and not enough on overall training.

The building is beautiful. They have a really nice outdoor seating area but rarely let anyone out there. Even in nice weather and you have to wait 20 minutes to be seated, they dont use it. When they first opened the food was great quality. Now its not as good as it was then. Even the most expensive steak is on the tough side. Still pretty good food but not great anymore.

Was pleasantly surprised! Both meals we ordered were excellent. The server was very pleasant, and the service was good. I was surprised the ratings on here werent higher given our experience on a busy Friday night. Definitely worth trying, they have a very diverse menu with Gluten Free options, traditional and unique choices, and a large selection of craft beers.

Good news! Some menu items have been restored. We eat here at least once a month. The lobster & avocado shooters are great,but ask for them without the hot sauce. It takes over. Lobster mashed potatoes are super comfort food. Sadly, the chef has deleted a couple of fantastic items from the menu. Ask them ; rigatoni vodka and the Panko fried tomato stand out.

Not bad. The waiter was nice the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was well decorated. I gave this four stars instead of 5 because the food was good not Great. The sushi was a little warm, the steamers were good, and the potatoe pancakes were like... Fried mashed potatoes. A bit odd, but just a different style. Four of us went and wed go back :)

Had the chicken marsala and didnt realize that it came with mashed potatoes. I mentioned that I wanted pasta instead and they immediately brought it out. Ate the whole meal including a bowl of crab bisque. Bottom line, Ive been wanting to try Element for awhile and they did not disappoint! P.S. Half off wine all day on Wednesday!!

Server was rude . At almost 10pm he was upset that we were there for only drinks . Walked away and never came back. We left because who really wants to be treated like garbage . Sad because we are local parents and dont get out a lot and unfortunately had to deal With a temperamental diva. We are done with this place

I have been there many times over the last couple of years. My meals have been great 99% of the time. I understand you can not hit a home run every time. The staff have always provided great service. I can tell when they are busy so I expect them to be a little slower, but that is normal.

Everything my wife and I ate was fantastic. I had the New York strip steak, and my wife had the Fillet. Both steaks were cooked as they were ordered. We also had steamers as an appetizer. It was really good. I would recommend this place and visit again.

We had our first & last meal on Sunday The service was slow The room was not busy No need for such slow service my steamed clams had sand in everyone When I told the waiter he just went away My husband had a very nice meal But not worth the price

Went there for a Buffett style lunch after a baptism chicken franchise was good no knife needed baby spinach sliced strawberry with blue cheese crumbled sliced steak mixed and tender down fall is bread plate on the table but no bread

Only thing nice about this place is the setup... Is like Ramsey came in , told them how to do it then left a bunch of unprofessional kids to run it. .. if Im eating a 100$ dollar meal dont be sweeping floors around me n my date .

Despite all the work to make an upscale place, the food is mediocre - and the staff seem abused by the management. Ive only walked away from Element once feeling super satisfied. Go to The Old Causeway or DaddyO instead.

Been to Elements twice and both times disappointed. Its not bad but for the price it should be much better! I ordered the salmon and it was pedestrian, smothered in a teriyaki sauce, too much sauce.

Great happy hour specials. Kelsey was wonderful and patient. Food was delicious. Had chicken souffle (pot pie) and grilled chicken breast with veg. Both had good flavor and served hot.

Many good food options: Seafood, itiain, make sure that you are hungry, servings are big. Try the chicken parmesan or chicken pot pie. They also have a bar. Pricing is a little high.
