Bad bad bad service. Waited over hour and half to be served cold food. Then the hostess insults me when I complained. Dont waist your time or money. Update: 2/10/2011 Owner emailed me after the 1st review, asked us to come back and give them another chance. I emaild him and told him the problems with his staff just about the time the 12/31/10 was posted (wonder was it the owner reviewing himself?). In his emial he asked me to let them know when we were coming back. I figured that was so they would make sure we got good service, so I didnt call just showed up. Well the service was still alfull. I have lived here over 20 years and I am not a snob not expecting a 5 star place, just the most basic service. They have NO clue what service is, no clue how to treat people, its not their fault they must just be low class people serving the lowest class of people. Go to McDonalds better service, better food.

other than regular human errors on an order that is so easily fixed if you dont freak out, this place has been great each time I went, both for bar and for restaurant - They can control who they hire but they cant control , completely, who the customers are- Really stinks when people review a local business based on a bad day- aside from the guy who went twice, he may be right- Ive had a snooty nasty bartender once and it was simple, the next time I went in, I went to a different side of the bar- That person was long ago and no longer there, The bartender with suspenders is ok- he can dish it out and take it- :-)

This is one of our local go to places when we just want a nice beer and some hot food. The service is good and the price is fair. They have some great steamed clams and crab cakes. They also have the carry out section that’s good for when you are on the go and just want some takeout. They also sell lottery and packages items. It’s a little hole in the wall but a good place to kick back and relax.

Food is great for a bar. Service can get a little slow sometimes on busy nights, but that is only because it gets pretty packed in there some nights. If your in Mystic unfortunately we do not have much of a choice where to go, but the casino rarely disappoints when I go there.

Its easy for snobby people to come into a busy bar and say the service sucks. Mystic Islands Casino has a cheers like atmosphere where everyone knows your name. The bar tenders and wait staff always have a smile on their faces even if the day has been hard on them

Just your neighborhood dive bar with attached liquor store. Decent draft list and the food is a bit better than you would expect. The room could use some updating but overall this isnt a bad spot to catch a game and have some bar food.

Very disrespectful. Took my family of 5 with our kids and not only where they rude. So we got up and left they were so rude and disrespectful to our children. I wouldnt recommend this place if you have children

Food is always good, the wings are my favorite. Inside needs some work, but its a bar. You can sit and eat with drinks or pick up your food and buy liquor to take back home, one stop shop.
