Extremely disappointed with this place. Whatever you do do not order take out from here. I have done it about 6 times and will never do it again. Several times when I called to placed the order I got hung up on. Then when I got there to pick up the order every employee by the bar will ignore you until you get extremely annoyed for waiting so long and have to ask someone to help you. Then when you get your order and get home its either missing something or the order is wrong. The last time I ordered from there was my last as I waited by the bar for about 10 minutes for someone to say something to me and then when I got my order I checked it right there and I was missing fries and a burger. Then was given attitude by the rude young girl assisting me when she was the one who messed up. If you are offering a take out service have the personnel to cover that service or train the people at the bar to provide just simple customer service and acknowledge someone who is staring at you. I have been at this restaurant regularly but unfortunately will not be going there again after the poor customer service and incompetence when doing a simple take out order task

Meeting a friend for a late Lunch, I finally had my 1st taste of Zinburgers. Contemporary, Chic Wine Bar & Burger place, w/ young, Friendly staff. Ordered the Zinburger which comes w/ Manchego Cheese, grilled onions & shredded lettuce. True, our Fries came out Cold, but, were immediately replaced by our server when we told him the issue. I must say how Friendly & Welcoming their staff were. On observing an Unusal Dish arriving at Another Table, I asked our Server what it was; he said Corporate was visiting, probably a New dish. Curious, I visited their table & asked about it, only to be offered a taste! They insisted! Really, and it didnt stop there. We were sent Sweet Potato Fries, a huge serving of Banana Cream Pie & Amazing Butterfinger Milk Shakes!! We were so stuffed! Next time we return we wont get this Special treatment, but, my friend & I were Thrilled at their Kindness & Hospitality... Definately, a Fun, Delicious, Experience!

Although their food is amazing they really need to work on their service all around. Ive been here there times now and all three times there has been a problem. The first time my boyfriend received the comer lets wrong burger so I had to eat without him. The second time I came on my birthday I was here with my family and they completely forgot to put he order in. Then once our server came out with the food, he had forgotten to put my mothers order in so we all sat and waited another 25 minutes while our food got cold. He barley even apologized and tried to blame it on the kitchen. Then I went last night and we were sat under a table with a flickering light which was so annoying and we asked to move and were told they were too full and couldnt move us. Hows that for customer service? Being a server myself you need to train or hire better and maybe check your lamps when you open and close each day.

Finally made it to Zinburger. Heard many great things about it and we were not disappointed. We were told there was about and 20 minute wait but we were seated within 15 minutes. Our server Kristen was fantastic. She explained to us "first-timers" all we needed to know about how the burgers are cooked, type of meats used and made some great suggestions for burger and shake choices. We had 4 different burgers....all cooked perfectly. The special "Cheesesteak" burger was layered with flavors. Tried the onion rings, loaded fries w/chile and the zucchini fries. All were very good but the favorite was the zucchini fries. Salted caramel, Butterfinger and Cookies & Cream shakes were thick and tasty. The house-made whipped cream is great. Looking forward to our next visit.

Zinburger has a very Zen Environment. Over all good Burgers and great shakes. Just a few fixes not only with the food but with the over all Environment. Our waiter was very nice and quick, but he forget extra toppings that I asked for and reading other reviews it might not be the wait staffs fault, but possibly the it is the cook team. They need more help I was sitting near the back facing a few empty tables that needed to be bused and were left messy for over twenty minutes, I had to look at a mess while I ate. If your going to give me mediocre fries they should come with the Burger. I would go here again, but I will stop next store at Wendys if I want some fries. Well done, but needs a bit of work.

We ordered 2 medium burgers and an order of one of their specialty fries (forget which one) to start with. Half an hour later 2 burgers come out and one is completely raw, now I eat my steaks rate, so if it was rare I wouldnt mind so much. But this looked like it was just flash fried on the outside, once I took a bite it just started falling apart. Send the burger back and remind them we ordered fries. Half hour later I get another burger and a regular order of fries for free. This was during lunch hour also, so if you have an hour for lunch be careful. Also, the burger is nothing special, for a burger only place I really expected something above average.

Zinburger is a big promotion of nothing but loud noise and rip off food. If I did not get a seat in the back I was not going to stay. Thank god I did. Now for the menu very overdone. The burgers are the size of a McDonalds dollar burger and comes on this huge plate that makes it even look smaller. My husband got the Kobe burger 15.00 and no different than my regular and be prepared that with ur high price burger comes nothing all sides are extra. And if u get a soda make sure a second is included because its very small and waitress never once asked if we wanted another. Not worth the 45.00 at all!!!!!!!will never go back or recommend to anyone.

Im a huge fan of Zinburger ever since my first bite. As my wife said, "Its like someone took this right out my dreams by combining wine and burgers." We had the "burger of the week" and it was out of this world. It was the fried chicken with chipotle and bleu cheese slaw. I could eat that thing every week if it were on the regular menu. How can we make that happen? The chicken was Chick-fil-a times TEN. I literally couldnt put it down while scarfing fries - it was so good! Also, Ive heard about the Turkey Joe, and Id love to try it, but I heard its been completely removed from the menu. Help me Zinburger, youre my only hope!

appears to be a new burger chain. menu is nice, fitting onto one sheet with a variety of interesting options. i ordered their signature item, the Zinburger, which tasted pretty good. this type of food is very heavy, oily, and unhealthy, fixated on meat and with minimal focus on vegetables--typical of many American restaurant meals. for the burger itself, Id prefer more cheese less meat, but i realize everyone has their own taste. outdoor seating area (couches and burning fire) is comfy -- I recommend some non-slip tape on the bottom of the couch cushions, as they kept sliding under me.
