Without a doubt the single best sub house in town and the whole general area, the guys truly know how to make an excellent sandwich no matter what you ask for. Ive never once gotten anything from here that I didnt love! Not to mention they are very fast with serving you the second after you step in. Absolutely in love with this place Ive been going since elementary school and theyve never changed their quality. Reccomended for everyone, dont sell yourselves short!

I ALWAYS visit American Hero Sub when I am visiting Lyndhurst from Iowa. It is by far the BEST subs Ive ever had. Fresh sliced meat and cheese, fresh bread and toppings, pricing is amazingly reasonable as well. The staff is friendly and knows almost every customer that walks in too. Its a MUST eat!!!

Just went there right now from Nutley and the three guys told me they dont have any bread and they were closed so I left cause I wanted a hero sandwich. Sign and Google says they close at 5 so....even after writing this review, its 4:36...

great subs at this place. if you want a good sub shop this is the best place around. They know how to make a good quality sub. you get a good amount of meat on your sandwich and they use good ingredients.
