So I called at like 8:55 to ask if they had grapenut icecream, girl who picked up the phone was very nice and polite, she said yes. Anywho I asked what ti.e do you vlose, she ask the manager/ supervisor and she told her to tell me 9 oclock p.m. anyhow I check Google and Google said 9:30 p.m. so I drove over there and to my surprise they were still open at 9:10 p.m. so I said I thought you guys closed at 9 the manager/supervisor started giving me an attitude saying those people were last customers so I said but she just asked me how can I help you and then I said and google said you close at 9:30. She was like we close early sometimes. So I was like okay whatever you say. Anyways Icecream was excellent manager attitude was nasty new girl attitude was good and polite. 2.5 stars for d icecream and new girl being associated.

Customer service at the drive thru is horrible, it is obvious some of the employees need to take English as a second language course you have to repeat your order multiple times and when you get to the window it is still wrong Employees seem to get an attitude when you correct their mistake. Too Many people hanging around inside and out begging for money. 5Am shift is the best the Asian Man who works the window is outstanding wish he could work all day or better yet maybe they should have him conduct monthly customer service classes.

Worst employees... i had 2 coupons with me i showed her both of them but she said i just showed one.. i told her to check cameras but she said no had nd was not ready to listen me. She wasted my half an hour. Worst subway i have ever been to

Good friendly and polite service staff, clean facilities, good sandwich just wish sandwichs were made with layers of meat/cheese and garnishments instead of just slices and counted pieces.
