This is the worst and least competent Atlanta Bread Company restaurant I have ever been to. You have other dining options nearby. Utilize them! My group and I were deeply disappointed by the horrible experience we had at this Atlanta Bread location. The staff were all very flippant. I had to repeat my order several times to the employee who was ringing me up, and she botched it anyway. She actually rang up a totally incorrect sandwich for my husband, which he sent back. Three out of four of the meals my group ordered were incorrect; when we brought this to the attention of the staff, only the food runner seemed to care or offer an apology. The worst thing about our experience was the blatant disregard for my food allergies. After carefully looking through the ingredients list, I ordered a salad without tomatoes, and emphasized that this was important because I am allergic. When my salad was delivered it looked fine. Unfortunately, as I ate, I came across two pieces of chopped tomato. This is flatly unacceptable! When I spoke with the manager about this, he shirked responsibility, stating that he did not make the salad, but if he had, it would have been right. Eat somewhere else!

The food quality here seems to have gone up and down over the past few years. This may be due to frequent changes in franchise ownership (as I understand it). Last time I had a salad there the produce they served was really poor in quality. It has been better in the past so I hope this is something in their supply chain that they will resolve. Other then that everything else has been good. There are pretty decent options for salads, sandwiches, and soups. You can even get quite a variety of fruit sides with any meal. There are a few Vegan and Vegetarian options on the menu and a few dishes can be modified. They do inform you right on the menu if a dish is Vegetarian or if it contains dairy, so that extra amount of care they take is greatly appreciated by those who have modified diets. The one very positive thing that has remained consistent since they opened about 12-ish years ago is that they have VERY friendly and accommodating staff. That is something that has made this a frequent stop for some members of my family.

Today was the first time I have ever eaten breakfast at Atlanta bread. It will also be my last time ever eating breakfast here. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with egg and cheese. My bagel was rock hard so I couldnt even bite into it and half the egg on the bagel was FROZEN!!! I thought Atlanta bread only served fresh food?!?!?! Never would I have thought they serve their customers pre maid eggs. I was very disgusted with my experience and will only be back for lunch.

If there was a less than one star I would rate it there. This restaurant has gone down hill so much. My husband stopped there for breakfast this morning for the family. When he got home, both his and my daughters bagels were not just cold, they were freezing. He took all of the food and threw it in the garbage. We will never go back. This was the third time we tried since they have started to decline. Sorry Atlanta Bread, never again!

Food is excellent, and the staff team is professionally and efficiently trained. No better place for lunch in my opinion. Food is affordable and delicious and the atmosphere and vibes are just something you cant beat. I would highly recommend the broccoli and cheddar soup and a roast beef sandwich on Asiago bread. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Oh gawd, I love this place :)

This has been the worst eating experience of my life. Not to mention the terrible service of the staff. Dont bother trying to ask for something specific because no one pays any attention. A disgrace to the food industry, kfc has better quality in every department then this twaddle. I do not recommend and Ill never go again.

Love Atlanta Bread Co. and eat there weekly. Excellent fresh and healthy meals, especially the balsamic bleu salad. If you are looking for a casual place to eat without all the unhealthy fried and fatty food you see at other places, then Atlanta Bread is for you.

When I arrived staff was wiping the booth table but there were crumbs and seeds all over the seat. Food was good and fresh. Man who took our order (manager?) was very charming and accommodating. Prices were ok.
