I am a regular customer at this restaurant and I always receive prompt and courteous service. As I walk through the door, I am welcomed with a warm greeting and patience as I wait for my meal. The workers are patient, informed, and excellent at their jobs. The staff collaborates on each and every meal and are in constant communication with each other. The staff walk your dishes out to your table and do their best to meet your needs as a patron. Dont worry about the cleanup either, as the staff takes off everything from your table.The food is always on point and what I have come to expect from Boston Market. I usually end up getting one of the bowls that is offered, which allots you one meat (chicken, turkey, meat loaf) and two sides (mashed potatoes, green beats, mixed vegetables, mac and cheese, spinach, broccoli, etc.). My coupons are always honored and this location promotes a great deal monthly. They offer coupons to the customers where they offer you a coupon for a buy one get one free meal if you come in on a select Saturday during the month.

Boston market used to have good food a couple years ago, now because of the current manager the chicken is disgustingly small compared to what is used to be, and the gravy tastes like dish water... less food for the same price and its nowhere near as good as it used it be. This business is definitely going under. They will not last long if the manager continues to be a cheapskate. Complete disappointment.

The manager (the blonde woman, I believe her name is Kary) is mean-spirited and very passive aggressive. Its no wonder the service is slow and the workers look miserable. Shes made snarky and demeaning remarks to customers and to her employees in front of her customers. Even though the food is decent, she creates an overwhelmingly unpleasant atmosphere whenever shes around.

The staff is always nice and friendly. I always get the "Hi how are you and Have a great day" when I come/go. The chicken is always good, dark or white meat. The sides I feel have lost some flavor over the years.

I really like it here. The food is always good and the staff is always friendly. It is usually clean. Ive honestly never had a problem here and as a quick sit down place I would go here before Panera or Chipolte.
