Having not been to Olive Garden in the past few years- my family and I decided to go. We realized this was a mistake. The bread sticks, which is a famous part of Olive Garden alone, were very salty. We couldnt even finish one. My parents both got steak, Ravioli and pasta. The steak was almost raw on the inside, but completely BURNT on the outside. They ordered a Medium and I half expected them to spit it back out and say it was still frozen on the inside. The pasta was dry, as well as the the Ravioli. One parent gave their food back, thankfully taken off of the bill, and the other didnt touch it after trying a bit of each. I had Lasagna, ravioli and spaghetti. I personally was okay with my Ravioli but couldnt find the feeling to enjoy it with my other food being so gross, but the Spaghetti was hard. I gagged the Lasagna out with how completely utterly dry and disgusting that was. My brother did not get what we got, he had simple chicken and spaghetti. He was struggling to even cut the chicken- a guy who swims and is pretty strong, was struggling to cut through it. Also both of mine and my brothers silverware were dirty at first, then my second glass of drink was dirty as well. The waitress was nice and did her job, but the food was completely awful. Time to recheck who you are staffing as cooks. We have learnt out lesson, and we will most certainly not be back any time soon.

Typical Olive Garden with typical chain restaurant Italian food. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes youll get a nice server who knows what s/he is doing and who makes the dining experience easy. At least twice this year, Ive gotten servers that werent that great. The most recent one literally shushed me while I was trying to order because she was still writing down something. Even still, she didnt get our order right. She also didnt know what drinks were available and had to come back multiple times just so that my husband could get a pint of beer. (She told us she had no idea what a pint was...) Finally, she made very certain that we understood where to write our tip down on the receipt, even though she came a total of 0 times to check up on us and refill our drinks. It was lovely.

I never write reviews but I will regarding this located, ordered soup, it was cold..I was shocked. I dont complain so I just ate it. Girl friends plate had a hair in it. My plate with the entre had a furball/dust some sort of dirt on the plate and it was a decent size I was upset thinking about this dirt dangling from my plate..when I payed for my meal I gave a 100 dollar blue face bill not fake and it took the waitress a solid 5 min to get me change with the place completely empty right before they close. I had to actually walk towards the registers and request my change...I dont write reviews ever, I never send food back, but I had to for this experience. I didnt want to even leave a tip but I did..

The food was standard Olive Garden fare, but what ruined my lunch was that the service was SO slow. The staff seated us right behind a large party, when we had a baby, despite the fact that there were tons of open sections. In the other open sections, there were 1-2 tables of people, but ours had at least 15 parties! It was if they seated us in the center of the large party to disturb the sleeping/quiet baby. Then, it took forever to get our check, I mean, really? Youre going to squish us in but then never bring the check?

Message to the guy above me. GET LOST (realist). this was the best restaurant ive ever been too. I have to give a thanks to nick P. If I had a business I would ask him to be my first employee. He gives suggestions, he made me laugh, AMAZING friendliness, and great food. Im not saying this due to my mood. It contradicts the stereotype that America is run by restaurants who have employees who are just trying to make a quick buck. This guy should definitely get a raise.

Anthony, a day manager, had a special meal made just for me. I cant have fat so he ordered angel hair pasta that was boiled for me so that no oil was tossed into it, and he had a chopped tomato and basil with NO oil, sauce, made for me. It was delicious and made what is normally a very dull meal out (due to the NO FAT) a very, special meal out. It made me very happy. My friend ordered the same thing, since it sounded so good!! Thanks Anthony!

One of the worst olive garden I ever visited. The waitress shown racism. I dont even give 1 star for this restaurant but without that I cant post my comment. She didnt serve the food items listed in the menu. Whatever we ask she its not in the restaurant. Ever one knows olive garden serves bread for the customer but she said they wont serve. We Complaint to manager but its useless I believe.

Breadsticks. Gotta love those breadsticks! My experience here was great. Food and waitress were excellent. The place was packed, but we were seated pretty quickly. Within 2-5 minutes. Our waitress was great and made sure we had everything we needed... I havent been to an olive garden in forever.. but their buy one get one deal for 12.99 is AWESOME!

Its your typical Olive Garden. The breadsticks are always good. The salad is usually good, except the last visit they didnt put enough dressing. Place was clean and there was no wait. I had chicken parm for dinner with pasta. It was good. I asked for extra sauce and never got it. Id still go back though. Drinks were good.

It was just great. The waitress we had was fantastic. Needless to say we loved the food. Even the manager that came to our table was very nice and really showed he want to make sure we were happy and pleased with everything. I whole heartily recommend this place to everyone.

They give you all the salad you want - if you can find your server! The food tastes like its made in a factory. Its OK, as long as you remember that this is a chain and there isnt an Italian anywhere near the kitchen. The service is unprofessional .

My husband and I just left here and we will definitely be back due to a cheerful and funny older man named Nick. He normally only works Mondays and Tuesdays. He was not our server but we did tip him because he made the experience so enjoyable!

Staff was attentive and polite, didnt mind us probably smelling like sweat and looking disheveled after spending all day at Six Flags in ~104 degree temperatures. Food was delicious.
