Omg what I just read.! But Im not gonna lie he is right last time as I was walking in one of the counter workers drop a bagel that they were gonna make for another costumer and pick it right back up and still made the bagel I was so surprise he still made it. And theres a lot of flys in that place all the Danish was cover in flys there probably laying eggs in our food ugh just so nasty!!! And sometimes the drinks are expired they are way out of date the front counter guys must not be doing hes job right !. And my bagel come out so squashed it doesnt even look like a bagel! And the rats man last time I was going to the bathroom and I see a rat past by the womans bathroom so disgusting !!!

Havent been there for years, until this morning. Guess what, they never heard of Bialeys. Never knew that before. Well that should tell ya all ya need to know. Abrupt, rude and chaotic is the fare of the day here. If your life is use to that, then go for it.Ps the bagels were frumpy, the cream cheese little to none and the lox ich. No capers, extra charge for red onions. Avoid this joint.So many other great friendly places around, this is McDonalds of Bagel joints.

While their food is moderately good.... Whatever you do, DONT get fried onions on anything. Their fried onions are disgusting and burnt. Its a disgrace to the omlet or anything you get with it. ABSOLUTELY avoid the coffee! That stuff is horrible.

Cream cheese needs to be spread on BOTH sides of the bagel so it does t get squeezed out while eating the sandwich. You would think someone who literally gets laid to serve bagels would know how to prepare one. Nice ppl though.

Its expensive enough to charge $6 for tuna on a bagel. But what got my blood cooking was when they charged me 50¢ for FOUR CUBES (thats one slice) OF UNPEELED CUCUMBER!!!Really???????
