Arranged my event at KAVA and was blown away with all personal attention they gave down to the very last details to ensure that everything ran smoothly and that everyone was comfortable and happy. In addition I was really impressed with how far they were willing to go to accommodate all of my specific requests and still keep us on the original budget. It was truly a pleasure to work with them (especially the events manager Naomi) and will highly recommend them for your next event.

I stopped here this morning and ordered a cafe Americans and an egg and cheese baguette. They were having problems with their cash register and couldnt run my card. One of the other customers who was a friend of the cafe actually paid my tab cash so I could be on my way. The coffee and food was delicious and the customer service was awesome. In addition, the friendliness of the people in Lakewood was really refreshing. I will be a regular patron here when I am in the area!

Thought the drive through would save me the time it would take to go elsewhere so stopped by even though I heard prices were inflated. Ordered waffles and waited 20 MINUTES!!! for them to be ready. During that time no one came to explain the delay and other patrons were being served and were driving off. Turns out they didnt have the ice cream to top it off with and went out to buy some. (It was a measly 1/3 scoop of ice cream anyway). Quicker to go elsewhere.

first, i brought my own mug and instead of poring the coffee into the cup, they used a paper cup (apparently to save $0.05 cents worth of coffee by throwing away a $0.20 cup). second, no 1/2 and 1/2. third, the drip coffee was not hot. and lastly, and strangely, they face me a buzzer to notify me that the muffin i ordered was ready (took about 27 seconds). Just didnt get a good vibe here: wont be returning.

He went out of his way to accommodate my specific order request and checked with the kitchen that they were preparing my order correctly. They materialize your playful imagination with drinks and food items, tell them and they would do their best to make you happy. Coffee was hot and strong the way I like it. Very nice decor. Prices a bit too high. The barista was unprofessional laughing in my face while talking in Spanish to her friend. drive through option is great. The manager was helpful and checked to make sure everything was alright.

After waiting for a long time in the drive thru the lady at the window shouts at us that she cant take orders anymore. Like why they dont have a sign so that people dont have waste their time and expectations for a good kosher Frappuccino. Very disappointed!

Just hosted a Sheva Brachos here. As one of our guests said, "Atmosphere was magical". Service and food were great. Proof is that the next week, when Chosson and Kallah were looking for a place to eat out, they chose Kava Coffee House!

Kava is like starbucks. Cozy and comfortable. You must try their Frappes, they are so good! Wish the drinks were cheaper and priced better than Starbucks. Their place is like a at home lounge that serve delicious food and great mood.

The layout and atmosphere is nice and cozy, but the coffee is not what youd expect from a small, posh coffeehouse. The prices are exuberant and I was appalled by the baristas terrible attitude. Get your act together, Kava.
