First time, went there for a some brekkie togo. Simple order eggs bacon and homefries with a cup of coffee. Ordering took place at the counter which was easy for my order but would be interesting if you had a bigger order or a lot of modifications since you had to say it aloud over the rest of the diners. Its a very quaint joint. Food was prepared quickly and after a short skate back to my work desk it was great. Scrambled eggs seemed to be more than two and were just right, not to dry not runny! Homefries were awesome, not dry or overcooked, bacon was good (Bad Bacon, does it exist?) I will be back with the fam to try out some of their specials. Seems to have a good eclectic variety of plates to choose from. Ill call ahead next time I order togo only because its tight and dont want to stand around when others are ordering. Outside seating will be perfect in the summer. Ill be back

I cannot believe we have never been here before, we were missing so much! By far this is the best of the best in Belmar for superior quality food and the owner and staff are top notch too. Everyone is so nice and my breakfast was extremely memorable. Homemade corned beef hash is the bomb. Even the eggs were the fluffiest I have ever had out of my own kitchen. The white bread was so delicious and the regular hash browns YUM! Once you come here you will realize how well the name of the restaurant fits. You will be hooked once you come here. Its a cozy small cafe with HUGE flavor. We are so happy we found our kitchen away from home.

The Davis family is hooked on Hooked!!! This is a chef and family owned and operated business that takes the highest pride in their food and service. I loved the grilled shrimp over a hearty salad! The shrimp were cooked and seasoned to perfection (and I am known for my shrimp cooking skills so I dont take this lightly!!) My husband had a mouth watering bacon cheese burger that I cant wait to try next time. All home made with love. The location is so convenient and the atmosphere so charming! We cant wait to go back and highly recommend !!

What an amazing find. Hooked is the epitome of community eating. Stopped in for a quick breakfast and quickly got to know the very friendly staff and owners. The home cooked food is excellent and you can tell it was made with care. The ambiance is warm and all the patrons talk and joke with each other freely. They truly care about their customers and it shows. Even the coffee is locally sourced so that they support small business. I will be coming back frequently in the future. Thank you guys, very very impressed.

This place is a gem. Have eaten at Hooked Cafe a few times now, and each time it has been great. The food has been outstanding each and every time and the service is always friendly and efficient. Love the egg sandwiches, especially when loaded with hash browns and avocado. The tuna melt is also on point and delicious. Good portions and the prices are more than reasonable. Ill be going back every week. Love it!

Can NOT beat this place for a fresh dining experience. Coffee was fresh and service was excellent. I ordered the "Paulito" wrap and it was amazing! We had a large party of 7 including 5 kids. They accommodated us perfectly with great outdoor seating. The French Toast is literally to die for! Will come back over and over! Thank you!

My friend and I went for breakfast this past weekend. Everything was delicious - better than the usual diner . Such a cute place with the owner Making sure everything was to our satisfaction. I was impressed with the lunch menu and cant wait to try some home cooked food. I would definitely recommend Hooked
