I ordered through Eat24 for a delivery to my husband. They delivered forty-five minutes later than estimated delivery time...four offices down. And this was forty minutes after the order status said the food was out for delivery...to a place twenty minutes away (max). I spent forty-five minutes trying to track my order in my office, instead of doing the piles of work I had. During those forth-five minutes, the restaurant wouldnt answer my numerous phone calls or Eat24s numerous attempts to reach them. Then, they demanded a tip from my husband. I had tipped on my card while paying precisely because this was a surprise delivery, so they wanted a double tip when they didnt even deserve the first tip, given their extremely poor customer service.

**** WARNING ** BE VERY CAREFUL,. YOUR CREDIT CARD WOULD BE STOLEN.....****.. Place is good, Food is Good BUT There is a BIG PROBLEM with this place.. When you use your credit card immediately in a day or two there are multiple transactions elsewhere on the card.. Your card is immediately breached.. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR CARD .. DONt USE CREDIT CARD HERE or be on a lookout as someone at this place steals your credit card details and uses them. HAPPENED to me TWICE and in a months time with different cards and last valid transactions being at BIRYANI POT in Woodbridge... BETTER SAFE THEN SORRY!!!

Food is some what ok, price is bit on the expensive side. Good place to have Indian food and biryani, but cant expect to have great tasing food. They have a function hall also, might be convenient for gathering of 50 to 100 people. The same Biryani Pot restraunt in Jersey City is much better foodwise.

The service is very poor!I ordered biryani from grubhub, they took 2+ hours and I m still waiting and moreover when my friend called them, they were rude and pathetic.They dont deserve a single star but, this is the least I can give.Never order anything from them

Ordered Tandoori chicken from this place ....its sucks.Just gave us uncooked whole chicken with some colour on it. When took the issue to management ...he was careless. Wont go there again.
