I was recommended by a friend to try this place. We had ordered the eggplant tamarind and paneer Tikka tandoor plate. Both of them were super delicious. However, they could have added more spices in paneer Tikka would have made it much much better. We ordered garlic Naan, mixed veg saag and paneer makhanwala all of them were nicely made as well. Specially mixed veg saag. Overall service was really great and quick. Attentive staff. Really happy with this place. Will go again.

I enjoy eating at this place...especially the Buffet service...which allows me to try various dishes. The variety is great and they always have 2 delicious desserts to choose from. The Naan they serve is perfect (toasty & warm)! Since I work nearby, I often go with a group of co-workers every now and then. The hostess/crew are friendly and very attentive. The prices are reasonable. ☺ I recommend you have lunch/dinner at this restaurant...itll be a treat you wont regret!

My wife and I along with a friend had a wonderful dinner last night at Nirvana. the food was terrific and had the best chicken tikka ever and highly recommend the nut/raisen naan too. Service was great and it is a BYOB. Met the owner and his wife who are very dedicated to making you feel right a home and able to enjoy a wonderful dining experience. Located at the end of the mall i would suggest that "the end is really the beginning of a great evening!"

The food is incredible! But the staff/service? Not so much. This was our first time going there, we had a reservation and the host simply pointed to our table to sit ourselves. Which was fine, until we sat down, ordered our apps, and then the waiter continuously came up to us, not even asking if we were ready, simply saying "I need to put the main order in now." Very rude and inconsiderate. Go for the food, leave because of the staff.

The first time I went there it was ok. The last time I went there in 2016 and wont ever go back. I felt as if they were rushing us to get out with the horrible Campbell soup paneer tikka tasting dish. It literally tastes like Campbell soup with paneer cubes. Maybe they needed to get rid of us for all the white loyalty customers they seem to butter up to being over the top friendly service to them... just saying

I went around 1 pm on a Monday and they refused to serve ANYTHING from the menu. Only option was a buffet. Cool. I was fine with it. But the buffet was not good at all. Non vegetarian items were tandoori chicken, chicken tikka and mutton biriyani only! Mutton biriyani was almost done, and the other stuff also didnt taste any good. Buffet came around 13$, could be way more better. Service is also not great.

I love to visit this place for lunch buffet, only $12+tax. They have a very consistent lunch menu and very delicious food. Usually contains a 3-4 vegetable dishes, couple of chicken dishes and one goat/lamb dish. They also have couple of dessert items like Gulab Jamun and Payasam. Their service is good too. Usually, it gets really crowded around 12:30 pm, so we always try to get there 12pm sharp.

the food was stale and not fresh. we asked them to replace the tandoori chicken because of its extreme dryness, and the next batch was no better. it all tasted as if they had just heated it up from a frozen packet on the spot. the rice was hard and inedible. i ended up surviving on naans the whole time. it was a total waste of money.

I have been to Nirvana for a lunch buffet with a big group(14 members).Despite having more space the owner/manager of the restaurant wants to fit the customers in a limited space. The manager/owner behaved very rude while adjusting the seats.I know anyone of us will certainly not return because of the service.

My wife and her friend went to Nirvana Saturday evening . They said It was an OK Indian restaurant, they have had better Indian food in Ridgewood. But the service was awful and the waiters were rude they rushed them thru their meals and wanted to get them out. We will not ever go to this place again.

Best Indian Restaurant in town, I go to this place regularly despite the fact I live far from this place. Food is awesome whether its north indian or south indian or seafood, everything is super amazing. Ambience of the place is super good and service is really nice. A must to go Indian restaurant.

This was my first time there, place looks clean and food smells good and taste good. We couldnt seat in cause we had to catch a flight so he let us take food to go from the buffet. The guy who helped us was really nice. If in the area again, I would definitely go back there.

Nirvana is amazing they have the most delicious Indian food in Jersey. The staff is very inviting and funny. food is prepped just rice the lamb is absolutely amazing and the setting is just right its a great place for everyone
