Apparently the arrogant owner does not believe in customer service and unfortunately the Indian community that visits the general area does not have self esteem and seem to accept mediocre service levels and arrogant behavior by the Oak Tree restaurateurs else such behavior would have resulted in these joints being closed soon. In my particular case on 6th July 09:30 Pm the place was crowded there was a waiting with people standing outside. Now it completely beats my mind that these guys who have been in the business long enough cannot implement a transparent and open queuing system. I guess they do not really care for their customers taking them for granted as they feel that the Indian community anyway accepts arrogance from them and will anyway be patronizing them. It’s time the Indian community gives back to these guys a piece of their mind. Avoid this place at all costs on weekends, holidays unless you have low self worth and accept being treated like dirt.

Very unprofessional service. Servers are arrogant. As a matter fact they treat you as if they are doing favor to you by providing any service. Have had experience where they mixed up my order multiple times. Have had experience where they missed to bring part of my order and when we brought it up to their attention we were told its coming out that to after we were done eating the rest of the food. No apologies. All of these things are taking pqlce in front of either owner or the manager of the store and guess what no response from him on these mistakes.

Worst service.. Worst place to go and eat.. BE very careful.. they serve Parathas in thermocol plates... Its unhealthy .. WORST is Khasiyat charges service charge for all the Termocol Disposables they serve food in.. I WILL AVOID this place and would ask everyone else who wants to care for their health avoid it.. THERMOCOL is a petroleum byproduct.. its fumes are injurious to health.

They do a good job with maintaining a set standard for their cooking and try and keep up to it all the time. With a wide choice of options on their menu they know what they are trying to do. Overall, good quality of food, reasonable prices. The owner can do a way better job of interacting with the customers, at least needs to wear a smile on his face.. that shouldnt really cost him.

If you want the best and authentic street food from India, this is the place to be. Their never ending stuffed paratha options and their to die for Pav Bhaji is a must try. My personal favorite Paratha is Chilly garlic cheese corn paratha. Yes it is as amazing as it sounds. I am regular here and have tried almost everything. Hooked to this place.

Worst. Never trust their waiting list. I was with my kids and guests waiting for an hour and enquiring every 20 mins.. and after an hour my name was stricken off from their list. In short they let groups came after me. Khasiyat need to understand that new Jersey is getting many better options now. No need to show attitude.

Best Indian food in the U.S. Food is served quickly, and their stuffed parathas and dosas are too good! We were visiting New York, and the food was so good, that we ate lunch there for all of the days we were there. I would recommend this restaurant for Indian food. No tea is there, but you wont require it!

Paratha is good but overpriced. Get the Meal option with 2 parathas of same type and you get 3 currys including chole etc for 13.00. Individual Paratha is 6.50+ default service fee+ tax. Know all this before you go here. Never get the Ice Gola. They sell it for $5.00z definitely not worth it.

Fast food is what it is, you order and within 4 minutes your dish is with you.. not all of course. Food quantity and quality are both good. The host is slightly on the ruder side. Also there is a 12% charge whether you like it or not on all payments by card. I feel thats a ripoff.

The food is so tantalizing to the tongue. The flavors do a Bollywood dance in your mouth. The Chole Bhature are the best in NY/NJ. The aloo, paneer, chili, garlic Paratha is like none other. These selections literally melt in your mouth. You must dine here.

Excellent paranthas made in a little diffrent way i.e. baked in the oven with less oil compare to other indian places.... There individual parantha variety is awesome.. Ordering one parantha may be little expensive, but their platter is value for money....

Food tastes great. Good variety of Parathas LOVE the PAV BHAJI I like the guys (servers) who work there. But the management is arrogant. Please dont expect fast food prices here. It is expensive.. especially Drinks! Thali is the best value for buck!

Low in hygiene. Food is overrated. Rude management. Taking disadvantage of excess demand and low supply. Community has to learn raising the voice against such restaurants and management so that they think twice before taking customers for granted.

Have been cpming here for last 8 yrs. I have tried every other indian food place in NJ NY but this is the only place who cares to serve authentic hygienic food. Get thei PARATHA if first time, also baingan bhartha and sarso da saag

They have good selection of Parathas and the food is good.Few times it was bad and it did not have the taste or flavour and only to be made very oily.Ordered Mirchi Pakora and not sure when it was prepared and very old stuff.

The prices are a bit high considering its just for the paratha. I got a chilly paneer paratha and all I tasted was the chilly. There was barely any paneer or spices in there. Its worth a try but most likely wouldnt go again.

parathas are the best in town! Tasty chaats too. Best vegetarian place out of all the other options available in oak tree rd. Wait time is usually long but its because of the yummy food and its worth it most times!

Varieties of parathas, you can customised your own. The platter is more than enough for one person, its come with 3 veg entries. Only issue is the place is too small to accommodate, better if you do take away.

All the four fast food restaurants from Dimples are awesome. This one stands out as they serve nice varieties of parathas. This is the first place where i have seen so many different types of parathas. Love it!

Delicious home style Gujarati cooking, all vegetarian menu. Service is quick, portions are large especially the thali. Food is a little bit more oily than Id like but for once in a while its not too bad.

100 varieties of paratha. Quick service and good food. Their pav bhaji is the closest to actual mumbai pav bhaji that you can find in the usa. Dry fruit milk shake too is pretty good
