I just went there today and ordered 10 pieces of assorted fried chicken, the lady on the counter which I did not get her name but shes on Spanish descent told me "give me 3 minutes" so I decided to go to a florest to buy roses for my wife on a nearby store, then I went back and get what I ordered for. I got home and my wife told me why you only bought 8 pieces I told her that I did buy 10 so I counted the chicken and shes right its only 8 pieces, so I called them and explained to the lady that I only got 8 instead of 10 but she just hung up on me, so I decided to just go back to store and she gave me the 2 pieces. Thats a terrible service, never had bad experienced with the palisade mall branch. I hope this is an isolated case otherwise they should retrain their staff.

I bought dinner there last Sunday 9/25/2016 I got the fish and shrimp for $8.49 I got 2 small pieces of fish and a spoonful of small shrimps, the employee packed my box and put 3/4 of the food the cook sent to the front for me back on the shelf, I am not sure if it was for her own dinner. I do not know if they actually give the chicken when it is ordered but the fish and shrimp they keep. DO NOT GO THERE. They are thieves take my money and do not give me the food. Its a shame I like Popeye’s but this location, they can close it down for all I care, I feel sorry for the owner too. Its a shame. If there was minus one (-1) star available, that would be my rating.

Very disappointed. I purchased chicken got home and it was raw inside. Then noticed my sides were also missing. Go back the next day they exchanged chicken gave me my sides with a dry apology. My 5 yr old wanted pie you know they had the nerve to charge me for it after all that mess. No accommodating their customers at all. To top it off manager was dry,not friendly or apologetic. They will NEVER see me again.

First & last time at this location. Ordered take out. Owner of this franchise sold me an expired sweet tea gallon; unfortunately we noticed the expiration date after drinking 2 cups. Also, did not put our sides in bags; we noticed after being home. Ugh. We drove back to restaurant to inform them of expired drink & missing items... Not even an "Im sorry" from owner. Never again! Go at your own risk!

WORST "FAST FOOD" PLACE IN ROCKLAND. PERIOD. SLOWEST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER GET! YOU COULD ORDER A FULL MEAL AT A DINER AND IT WOULD BE READY BEFORE THESE GUYS EVEN TAKE YOUR ORDER. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE AT LEAST AN HOUR TO KILL. AND AFTER AN HOUR WAIT, YOULL BE LUCKY IF YOUR FOOD IS EVEN 20 MINUTES OLD, LET ALONE FRESH! PLACE IS A JOKE.
