We drove to stall #17 and placed order and waited 20 minutes. we could not wait any longer so we drive to drive through line and waited another 15 minutes and the voice just said one moment and never came back. we drove to paid area and then we were told our order got lost. We didnt get the order and wasted 40 minutes. everyone was so disappointed and frustrated none of us wanted to eat there. Every car was waiting long line but it was not a busy. It just that each car wait time was long. How can they loose our order????? Sonics burger joint is a very bad memory for our family... employees who works there need to get retrained. Do not eat there.....

I usually go to sonics for an ice cream or slushy treat and those have always tasted great. Unfortunately with this sonics this service is slow in the drive thru. I would love to give them 5 stars because of their delicious treats and discounts, but the service is so slow that if I see even one car on line I know it will be at least 15 min before I am getting my order. This is why I can never stop there at lunch time to buy anything. One time someone did come out and bring me my order which was amazing, but that may be hit or miss depending who is working there. So if you have time to wait, I do recommend this place.

This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I pulled in and decided to wait a couple of minutes to place my order. Once I began to place my order, the cashier (or whatever you would like to call them) started to scream "I CANT HEAR YOU!!!" So I leaned forward to place my order but she thought it was funny and continued to scream "I still cant hear you...!" She had the worst attitude and should definitely not be working there. I dont know what has happened to this location but over the years, the customer service has gone down the drain. Will never be going back...

Slowest Sonic I have ever been to. Came here 3 times in 3 days and all 3 times were terrible. Order was messed up all 3 times and all I ordered once was lemon water???? Only two ingredients and they screwed it up. Took me 17 minutes to order and receive a lemon water. Only reason I waited was to actually see how long it would take. Today took 12 minutes for a cup of ice. What a joke this place is.

Good food, imaginative menu and fun place to take kids. When this placed opened (first Sonic in area) you couldnt get near the place for three month. Once the novelty wore off, it settled into a good drive in with good, reasonable food, a lot of which no other drive in served. Lots of specials, especially drink discount in the afternoon. We go to these all the time when traveling in the South.

This is not actual food; there was something they tried to pass off as burger meat, fake cheese, 3 tiny squares of onion, a slice of actual tomato 1/4 of the size of the bread, and some stuck together, old bacon. It didnt crumble, it shattered. There was also an onion ring...I bit it; it didnt break! Tried it with my thumbnail; BROKE MY THUMBNAIL! DO NOT EAT THIS !

Every time we go here the tots and corn dogs have an old grease taste... I love sonic but this is bad that for 4 mnths weve gone at different times to have the same prob... Ive tried to call them and of course no answer to let them know they may wanna see whats goin on cuz Id love for them to fix this prob so I can enjoy sonic for lunch...

This place serves the medium root beer float with small tea spoons. And they smile when i ask for a long one so i could get the ice cream at the bottom. I handed the server back the float and took my money out of his hand. There is another ice cream place on my way to Stewart airport. And most times the soft servs is chalky at the bottom.

The service here is not that great. They messed up on my food order. Got the wrong kind of chicken sandwich and it was just barely edible. Tater tots were fried in extremely old oil. They were a bit stingy on the condiments for the hot dogs as well. They also charged me extra.

Average food quality. It met my expectations. Excellent service. At Sonic if you are on the drive-thru line and your order is ready before you get to the window they bring it out to you. This is great! Very inexpensive.

I love Sonic Drive-In and this location does it right. The staff still skate out to your car and are very friendly and quick with service. I go here a few times a year as a treat and always have a good experience!
