This was the worst experience I have had at this KFC. I live 40 mins away from this particular location but go here when Im in the area because I enjoy the Long John Silver menu. Upon my return home I was short 1 platter valued at 9.99. I tried several times during the day to reach them by phone and no one picked up. I did the survey to request someone contact me and the best I got was a reply which said "sorry for your inconvenience." So now I have to make a separate round trip back to the store to get a refund on the platter that was missing from the order.

Worst KFC ever staff has a attitude that I owe them something more than what I purchase and food was so over salted made it inedible one among many bad experiences at this location time for new leadership I will travel for better service

Waited 30 minutes (with only 4 people on line in front of me), placed my order only to be told AFTER I paid that they ran out of grilled chicken, the only thing there I can eat on my low carb diet.

Staff not nice, probably since they are always super short staffed. You Will get an eye roll if you ask a question or order a little too many items.

Sign says closed at 10. They were closed at 9. Saw all kinds of people coming in and leaving as we were. Have fun keeping this place open.
