I ate with a group, so was able to try a variety of dishes. We began with the lamb thali lunch which was an excellent tasting plate of a variety of Indian dishes. Also started with a butternut squash soup, which was also excellent, but had to be about 200 degrees. It seems like it was literally boiling hot. It burned my mouth. This is my only complaint about Matt & Meeras- the food is insanely hot. Come here with a book, order, take out the book, read it while your food cools, and then enjoy a nice meal. For the main course, I had Lamb Vindaloo, which was also good. I liked this place, although it was a bit expensive, but the food was served at a ridiculous temperature.

The food is generally pretty good. The soups are great in cold weather and all the food taste very fresh. The portion sizes are a bit small for the price. Especially when there is plenty of competition around that gives you more for less. Their nanchos are amazing though. I would go back because of the freshness and would recommend it for a nice quite lunch. I took away stars for portion size but the atmosphere is a great place to bring friends who like indian but dont like spicy.

Because I cant leave ZERO. Food was fresh but basic. Tiny amount of fries. And most of all the waiter would talk while looking away for the ENTIER time. No connection with his guests. Will NOT come back. Bag of hair.

Recently had a veg biryani. There were absolutely no vegetables in the biryani except one piece of cauliflower. Thats it one piece of cauliflower. The mango lassi was good.

Indian food here is surprisingly good, must try, only thing is that they dont serve drinks so BYOB, I would say its a plus since wine shops are nearby..

Food here is not really Indian Indian. For instance you get Dosa with Tomato sauce. On the positive side it is BYOB spot and the staff are friendly.
