They brought us our french fries before our drinks, so dry and plain! I wanted to order the tater tots,onion rings, and shrooms but since they dont have shrooms, they wont sell us the item. I asked if we could switch the shrooms to french fries anyway bc we dont like fried shrooms and the server said no, they would have to change the price and they cant do that. Now since we got our fries, its been 13 min waiting already for mini cheeseburgers for my daughter n chix tenders for myself. Very unprofessional servers with no knowledge of the menu and the waiting time is unbelievable. Now I got my food,dry as hell, cheese not melted,and 25 min later!!! This place sucks, I am so disappointed. The burgers were hard, tasted like charcoal burned, chicken fingers very HARD, and when we brought it to their attention, they Just handed me the 23.67 bill! I will be seeing the manager.

Im on holiday with a friend from Denmark and heard that Johnny Rockets was a great way to experience an American Diner. After we gave our order to waitress, the fries came 10 min. after. We started eating them, and started to wonder: where is our burgers? We asked after 30, and got the info that it was on the way. She said would you like some more fries. After 55 min the burgers arrive. We got NO info, why our burgers was late. 3 times the asked us, if we would like more fries. We just wanted some burgers and some info. Food should arrive together, and no - we dont want anymore fries. And no, we dont want to wait almost an hour for the burgers.

The food was of course awesome but even, if to say, the food wasnt up to par (which it exceeded my expectations) I would still go eat there because of the service. My server, Jessie, went above and beyond her job description. She was very attentive to my table as well as all her tables, super friendly and has a smile thatll make your day better. Im def going back and I encourage everybody to eat there and get ready because at this Johnny Rockets, as soon as you walk in, you will instantly feel like youre apart of the family there. Thank you to the manager for the training and letting his employees smile and enjoy their job.

Had a wonderful experience at this location a few days ago. Came with family from Oklahoma and had the pleasure of being served by Imani. As we were seated she was wrapping up a loud and obnoxious table of teenage boys and handled them with complete professionalism. They were also very accommodating in allowing us to enjoy our service on the tabkes outside after having already closed that section for the night. Imani was kind and quick and made our late night visit enjoyable.

Been coming here for about 15 years or better (since I was in High School). Food is always good, and they cater to any special requests, except for the fact that they wont put real cheese on the cheese fries even when you ask, but instead use that nasty cheese sauce. That is probably the only thing I would change. Other than that, If your looking for a burger, shake and some entertainment, this is your place.

Honestly i think the quality of the food isnt bad. You know I like the milkshakes i think there pretty good but what i really hate is the take-out service. It sometimes would take me two whole hours just to cook a burger and deliver it to my house 7 mins. Johnny rockets doesnt give two flying s**** about their service. Never order from here

Didnt include all sandwiches in a takeout order. Told me it would be $3 to deliver a missing item. Walked over and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the sandwich. The food might be okay, but the customer service could be much better. 1 star for making me not want to eat my food.

Food was good but service was terriblewas charged for things i didnt get and i got my drinks way after my food i actually finished my food and had to wait another 10 minutes for my drinks and than when we wanted to have our issues fixed the manager gave us an attitude and was rude

I swear to you all that after getting burgers with a group of coworkers one of them found a quarter in the burger. She contacted them and they didnt do anything about it. How the heck does a quarter end up in a burger. I get it, mistakes happen but cant think how this happened.

We are visiting from out of town and this was one of the only locations that was open late I ordered the chili and was completely disgusted by what the waiter brought out it was a dark brown mush covered in a oily residue. I definitely recommend you do not order the chili

Expensive, food is of OK quality. The skit the staff performs to a specific song is loud, lengthy, and bothersome, and seems forced. There are much better (and cheaper) options in the area.
