I ordered and paid for my food online close to when this store closes. The order didnt go thru, but the staff handled the situation with excellent professionalism and customer service. They were very happy to help figure the situation out and get me the food I ordered. I give this location and the staff a 5 star review because the food is always on point and the customer service exceeds my expectations. Thank you for the great experience I will be coming back for more!

Came in here late night to get something to eat. The place took over the old Juliet billiards next to Vassar College so I can see this place being back when school is in session. I came in during holiday break so it was very quiet. I ordered the fries which came out quickly and hot and were piled high. They werent as crispy as I typically like them but seasoned well. The staff was friendly and the whole place was very clean.

Great healthy option for the college crowd. For once, we get a sort of fast food restaurant. Thats HEALTHY! Burgers are delicious. Fries are... Taste like nothing. Cause all they are is sliced potatoes. No salt, no seasonings. At least they serve not-so-healthy options for convenience.

when we got there their fryer didnt work, but that did not stop the place from serving amazing burgers. We were the obnoxious first table you get when you just open the doors :} totally guilty of that, but the burgers were so so good!!! And i love the layout of the place. Great job :)

This is the place you have been waiting for! You would never know it is grass fed beef because it is down right delicious. This is what we need more of, natural food done right. Outstanding burgers. The fries, onion rings, and ice cream are amazing too. Enjoy!

Burgers and fries overcooked, dry and tough. Way overpriced for the supposed quality served. Five Guys burgers and fries are so much better. Based on my first experience i wont be a repeat customer. Two stars purely for ambience and cleanliness.

Interesting selection of burgers and hot dogs, but the results didnt live up to the hype (or the price tag). Burger was dry, fries (plentiful) were overdone, decent onion rings, beers on tap, tasty shakes. Id go back, but order less.

Went for national cheeseburger day and had a $5 cheeseburger. Burger meat wasnt top grade but good spices, toppings, and buns. Nice atmosphere too, its very, very similar to Shake Shack, right down to the metal trays.

The food is good but service seems to be really slow. Ordered online and the fries were cold when I got home (less than 10min away) but they were very cooperative, gave me new fries and a coupon.

By far the best burger place in Poughkeepsie. Everything on the menu is good, but I especially like their version of a veggie burger (despite not being a vegetarian), its fantastic!
