I called to get exact pricing. No answer, but the vm indicated I should contact them via email. I did. No response after 5 days so followed up via email. Got a message back apologizing for "not getting back to me in a timely fashion" and a promise to send me an estimate the next day when she was back in the office. I was not sent an estimate the next day or the day after. I then followed up yet again and did not hear back. 12 days/1 phone call/4 emails equal just wasted time. If they werent interested in working with me or had an issue, a simple email noting this would have saved us both time and grief.

RTC & the BBQ Pit Catering Company cancelled on me (by email) 3 days before my event, despite a signed contract. They cited personal reasons, but never returned emails, calls, or the deposit as they had promised. Go to DRJ Caterers instead. They helped me out at the last minute and are far more professional.
