Its such a highly customized and unique experience -- they know how to cater to customers needs. I like how: - they have a toppings bar where you add your own toppings. - endless fries comes with all the burgers - fudds fries are SOFT and potato wedge - shaped - the Root Beer Float comes in a beer mug. The lady who served us our drinks also told me that if I was thirsty after I finished the root bear float, I could fill up the mug with soda at the soda machines. Awesome! - they have SO many sauces to try. The sauces are literally a row of containers to the left of the toppings bar. The cheese sauce is great with the fries The food is in great portions -- if you need to take food home, theyll give you a takeout box and a custom Fuddruckers bag thats longer horizontally and less longer vertically than a normal bag which makes it easier to hold the food without the food tipping at angles when you carry it. In addition, the atmosphere is nice and cozy -- also perfect for kids. Fuddruckers combines the best of in-house, old-school restaurant dining with the best of fast-food convenience and satisfaction. Another plus is that you dont have to leave a tip ! Prices are very reasonable!

Everything will be fine as long as you dont use the mens room. On numerous occasions I have found the mens room to be in a state of disarray. Yesterday was no exception. There was no paper towels, no toilet paper, and a large bowl movement sticking out of the first stall yesterday. I complained to the manager (a portly fellow wearing a tie on a laptop) and expressed my concern about what the employees were doing when they used the bathroom. He was not much help. That was the final straw for me. I will not visit this location ever again. I recommend going to the one on route 23 in Wayne.

Found a fly on my fries , it was deep fried and stuck on the fry so it was already in with the fries when they cooked them , I brought it up to the counter said I ordered French fries not French flies and they took my platter with the burger , showed it to each other laughed Barely said sorry about that and sent me on my way , didnt give me another order or a refund and after standing there for 10 minutes I left in disgust and never went back

Went here with my nephew on a Saturday afternoon. The person taking our order could not understand the most simplest directions of what I wanted. Charge me for an extra order of fries when the burgers are ready order came with endless fries. The area where you fix your food and get your soda is so cramed everybodys bumping into each other. The booth smelled horrible and overall a total disappointing experience for an over priced burger.

I have never gone here due to the fact the name of the establishment sounds quite a bit like profanity to me. I cant pin it down and I cant prove thats what you all are up to, but lets just say you wouldnt shout the word Fuddruckers in a church. I hope youre not shouting at all in churches, but if you are going to shout you can bet it wont be the word Fuddruckers. Please consider a name change because I would like to try your food.

Called ahead to ask if they accepted coupons, the lady said they did i asked to talk to manager to confirm and the lady on the phone insisted they did. Got there and show the coupon the lady then said sorry but she asked and i could not use it. What was the point of calling ahead, switch and bait. Anyways contacted the store about the issue never heard back. This fudruckers is not clean and the Roxbury location is far better.

Since the Fuddruckers up 23 closed, this has become the Go-to location, their burgers are always great, toppings are always fresh, Main drawback, they never actually do my burger Medium-rare, best Ive ever gotten was I asked for Medium-rare and got Medium, Coke machines are great, as are the UNLIMITED fries, prices good too, total each typically ~$12 a great place to go for any reason, I visit this place ~ 2/ month

Been a Fan of Fudds since my Kids were members of Fuddruckers Kids Club! Now, theyre Grown with Kids of Their Own! But, My husband & I still go. He likes the 1/2 lb. burger then builds it w/ fixins from the Bar, & Barbque Sauce. I like the 1/3 lb. Burger, and Add Salsa & Texas sauce, w/raw Onions! Buns are the Best...Brushed w/goodness & grilled a bit. Fudd Fries are great, too! Yum!

There was a piece of hair in my bacon cheese burger. They couldve cared less. The manager just said well make you another one. They just looked at each other and laughed it off. Really rude and disgusting!! I will never go back to this location again. Most of the Fuddruckers have been closed down and it makes me wonder why. Parsippany should be the next one!! Nasty!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE !!! Im 19 years old and when I was younger my parents use to take me here ALL THE TIME !! There was a location closer to us but it shut down and then it seemed that all of the Fuddruckers were shutting down. THANK GOD ! We found one in Parsippany near my college and I begged my father to take me. I am home you guys

If you havent tried it, you should. I dont have a Fuddruckers near where I live and thats a good thing. You get a big burger and top it off however you like, comes with fries. A good variety of Cheeses, sauces, and toppings. I Got a 1/2 pound burger with bacon and slathered it with Jalapeno cheese sauce and Jalapenos. Delicious.

People did not understand what I was saying. Also, I got a basket of onion rings and they only gave me 5 small rings. I was told this was the standard amount. When I explained to them that this was not my first time at this restaurant they said I did not know what I was talking about. Will not eat at this location again.

Though I love love love fuddruckers, I was disappointed when we were not given a buzzer and had to wait 5mins at the counter to ask for one. There were plenty of empty tables. The only problem was they were all dirty. :-( If this restaurant would properly train and manage staff it would have received all excellents.

The best burger I ever had. I like the possibility to build your own burger and add everything you want (especially pico de gallo). The buns & the beef are also the best Ive ever tasted. I liked the old furnishing more but I will definitely come back again whenever I am in Parsippany!

The food and decor are absolutely fantastic. Fuddruckers is still and always will be one of my favorite places to eat. The only issue Ive ever ran into is that many of the employees do not speak English, and it can be difficult and time containing to resolve issues with your order.

omg. This place is awesome! It was my first time going back in March and my order was a takeout. My turkey burger was great. The toppings bar was very nice and everything colorful and fresh. I definitely will be going again.
