Wow this location is nice! The murals are amazing and the reclaimed wood top notch. Makes the place feel warm and inviting. This location changes it up a bit, a bit more of the fast casual to serve the college crowd. Doesnt have the full menu other locations have BUT they have stuff the other locations dont have either. The Al Pastor tacos, OMG!!! Absolutely delicious. Slow roasted pork that they slice off the trompo just like the streets of Mexico. If you come at the right time you get an out of this world fresh tortilla to go along with your meal and free chips and salsa. If youre feeling like a lean day, their vegetarian tacos are also bomb. Calabacitas mmmmm... I overheard the owners talking about bringing in Mexican Corn on the Cob which I havent had since I left Arizona. I hope they do and cant wait! Thats a treat in of itself. Way to go guys, this place is a home run!

I work at the new corporate center on Charles Ewing blvd with my dozen or so coworkers. We frequent the main location on Parkway Avenue and recently tried to order dinner at their new satellite location on TCNJs campus. Mexican Mariachi did not perform. They left out 2 of our 6 or so dinner orders despite charging us for both of them. Upon pickup, we verified that they were accounted for on the receipt and we trusted that they were packed correctly. They were not. We work long days (10-12 hours) and have strenuous commutes (some >1hr) and rely on vendors to deliver with consistency. We will not be ordering from here again or recommend this establishment to the other office building tenants. -September 2016

The burritos here are huge and are definitely the best option! Basically a cheaper and just as delicious Chipotle. Wish the menu had more options because the best deal worth your money is the burrito, but I understand its kind of a satellite location so its limited

Food was great and is my new favorite Mexican place. Hands down better than Chipotle with more flavor and authentic tastes. Great for take out or sit down. Highly recommend.
