I travel around the country, and this is by far worst Chipotle Ive been to. Ordered two different burritos, turn around and they make the same ones. I said no corn, turn at my partner and few sec. later he pours corn over burrito. Service line people suppose to know that vegetarian burritos include guacamole. Stopped wrapping just in time to add guac. All three service line people have memory span of less than 5 sec. Also this place has most unprofessional burrito wrapping ever. Everything is leaking, bursting through seems, not holding it together. I like Chipotle, but this place should be stripped of Chipotle franchise status and manager fired.

Would give a zero out of 5 if possible. Last two occasions been here, service has been slow for orders being made ahead of you. Consistently breaking tortilla shells when wrapping burritos. Had to repeat what vegetables I wanted with my order and they still got it wrong. Staff is apathetic with timing and quality of orders. Online orders will pour in last-minute and are not made correctly or on-time and they will stop the line to make those orders and get everything wrong. Try your luck at another location, as management is non existent here.

There was a line but the store wasnt overly busy. I ordered a bowl and the girl behind the counter did her best to give me as little of each thing as she possibly could. My container wasnt even half full and I had asked for rice, chicken, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and lettuce. When I showed another worker what she had done, they didnt seem to care and frankly looked annoyed. They did offer to give me more salsa on the side....but what do I need with more salsa?? How about just better service. Will not be going back to this location.

People keep saying this is Mexican, but its really not. Anyway, the food is pretty good, and the service is fast. However, they are still backed up during lunch Mon-Fri. It is just a very busy area. I suggest ordering on line, which is also a nice touch. To food is good . My only issue is that the menu is very basic, and lacks options. For this reason I prefer Qdoba, which is very similar, but there are none close by. I have also tried places like Baha Fresh and Desert Moon, but those chains are pretty bad in comparison.

Let me paint the picture for you. At approximately 4:30pm Thursday December 15th 2026 I walked into Chipotle Bridgewater. From the very start the atmosphere was electric. As I heard "What would you like" I looked up from my phone to be met with the gaze of an angel. She gave me a sub par amount of rice but I wholeheartedly enjoyed it because she was so gorgeous. Later went on to have my eyebrows complimented. Ive never had a better dining experience in my 19 years of life. Kudos to the Chipotle staff. I love you

This particular Chipotle is finicky. Ive eaten here many times and had great food, yet Ive also eaten here and had okay food. Last time I ordered chips and guacamole, there were two puts in the guacamole. Several other times I ordered burritos and the chicken was burnt and kind of ruined the burrito. However, the food has been made perfect before and Ive thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Look at the meat through the plexiglass before ordering to make sure you arent ordering burnt chicken.

This place makes fresh food and the location managers are pretty good at keeping the supply at right pace. I C them doing random tests to check the quality of cooked meat and food. Sometimes u will find few servers moody are with attitude. Most of the time I see cooks changing gloves to work with meat and not meat products which is good for vegetarians . The place is rough because of the volume of customers it handles especially during peek hours . place 2 come back again

I wish this wasnt my closest chipotle. Always slow, running out of food, pre-orders are never done on time, soda often flat, out of ice. The staff is just there. They dont care, they look at you with blank stares. If theres a manager or supervisor working you would never know it. The South Plainfield store off exit 5 is better but a drive. I personal am waiting for the new one in the Chimney Rock center to open.

After entering into stock market, chipotle started making money by serving less food in bowls than b4. Quality of these franchises went down gradually best example of bad service is this store, long queues, unattentive and frustrated people working behind the counter- i stood in a queue of 20 people which took me 30 mins to order. I moved from South to NJ and hate to go to a chipotle now.

I have been to numerous Chipoltes across the US, but this one is a bit weird or sketchy, hence the 3 stars. I am not sure what it is, or that you see how much salt is put on the food, but this place is always packed at the lunch and dinner times. I would recommend ordering through the app, although sometimes its quicker to wait in the line.

People were rude, ripped my wifes burrito then asked if she wanted it double wrapped! (Lazy) Our meat was flavorless and undercooked, her peppers and onions topping almost completely uncooked, line was huge and service was slow. Even the coke sucked! How is it possible literally every aspect of the restaurant be off? Anything positive? Nope

Parking lot is always cramped and the line is constantly long, since theres none in the area for miles. Solid, solid food even though Shake Shacks right across the street. They keep their eyes open if you pour lemonade in a water cup, however. Sidenote, the birds outside eat the chicken that falls on the ground, isnt that cannibalism?

at noon on july 27th, 2015, no brown rice, apparently the order did not come in, a line out the door, no lemons, on the same truck with the brown rice? messy tables and food on floor, a set of doors lock each time they close, some sort of malfunction. hard to believe this is 721.00 a share. who is running this place?

This has got to be the slowest Chipotle on the planet. Putting the terrible customer experience aside, how can the franchise make any money putting out one burrito every 5 minutes? The Chipotle restaurants back home would run laps around this place. Is the entire crew brand new?

Excellent food and quick service! The price is fair for the amount of food they serve. It can be expensive if you go there everyday. But affordable enough if you go once or twice a week. Oh and be ready to stand in line for about 5 mins if you plan on getting lunch on a weekday.

Im a huge fan of Chipotle, but this one is definitely not up to standards. Service is slow, they give you half a scoop of meat, and there is usually not enough places to find a seat to dine in. That being said, it still tastes like what you would expect from Chipotle.

Moes is an absolutely awful, rip off of Chipotle. From organic meats and FRESH ingredients, Chipotle beats Moes by lightyears. Chipotle has a very limited menu but the option of customization really helps you overshadow the lack of variety.

Just called into Chipotle, Bridgewater for a quick lunch and I have to say that I was absolutely overwhelmed by the friendliness, smiling faces and politeness of the staff. It really made my day to receive such fabulous service. Thank you.
