I went several times to try and change my mind on this review. Either this venue is too small, or the workers are incompetent. Every time I go to this Chipotle, the chicken I get on my tacos is cold. I dont know if the food heater is off, if its because the food is open on the counter for 5 minutes before I get to the last topping station, or a combination of the two. The employees here seem distracted. I understand working at a place like Chipotle is probably very demanding, but the clients should come first in getting their food done and wrapped instead of chatting with someone about to go on break, while the line moves up. Also, the place has been out of chips quite a few times I went, which I didnt understand how that happens. The one day I did get the chips, there were a total of 13 in the bag. I used to love coming here to get my dinner, but it hasnt been the same for quite some time.

I am currently sitting at the neshaminy chipotle and let me tell you the young lady Makayla was a champ today. We stood in line and watched this girl do legit every order start to finish while at least five of her coworkers stood behind her no one helped her even when some customers in line complained even! She was on point super sweet and polite all while under pressure from a line to the door all on her own. As I still sit here she is the ONLY one working back there. This girl needs a raise a promotion and some vacation time seriously chipotle get you more like her!!!!

I am a Chipotle lover to the max but was disappointed with this location. The customer service was great, and staff was friendly. The food did not taste flavorful to me. Ive eaten at many Chipotles and am very familiar with how everything is supposed to taste. The cilantro lime rice tasted nothing like cilantro and lime. The peppers and onions had no flavor and contained little crispy burnt pieces all throughout. I had to drown my bowl in the hot salsa to get some sort of taste. My bowl tasted like one huge mashup of no flavor.

Its a mixed bag of good and bad. Ask for a burrito bowl with chips on the bottom and you get attitude. They rarely have fruit for the kids meals, or are out of a specific kids drink. They give discounts to law enforcement, but not military (discounts arent necessary, just pointing out how they differentiate between the 2). Lines can be long depending on when you get there. Food staples can be cold, hot, or currently unavailable. Most, but not all, of the staff tend to be rude and/or inconsiderate.

delicious food. I havent had many problems except for the guac being chunky sometimes and the lines are super long, especially on Fridays. One thing that did happen was the girl put on a bunch of sour cream when I didnt ask for it so she had to throw it away. No big deal though.. We all make mistakes. I got my food without an issue. Also, I love that its vegan and meat eater friendly so I can enjoy a nice meal with family and friends. Overall, Id recommend chipotle to anyone.

Pro-tip: Order a burrito bowl, but ask for a tortilla on the side and get extra rice, beans, vegetables, etc. Youll get substantially more food than you would in a just a burrito, and you get more control over how much to pack in the tortilla. Make your own slighlty smaller burrito (avoid feeling the pressure to scarf down the last 1/4 of the small football youd normally get even though you are way beyond full) and have plenty for lunch the next day (or two).

Took my grandsons here once because they wanted to go to Moes in NJ and I didnt know how to get there. There was NO COMPARISON to Moes. We didnt even finish our meal, it was not appealing. NOT the menu choice, didnt appear clean, much smaller area, and the high stools & tables are NOT friendly to grandparents with "getting around" problems. We vowed to do without before we would ever return. Now I know my way to Moes by heart.

Three small, horrible tacos for $8.43? The steak was so gristly I had to spit out half of it. That is, what little steak there was. For $5.99, I can buy a HUGE delicious cheesesteak that literally has 100 times as much steak and tastes 1,000 times better! And let us not forget Chipotles recent national bacteria plague that killed several and sickened hundreds! Even the lowly national taco chain serves tastier food for less.

I cant even begin to express how overrated and overpriced Chipotle is. I dont understand the appeal and its not like a dont enjoy a burrito, but seriously you could go to any half decent Mexican restaurant and get a much much better product for around the same price. And for crying out loud charging extra for the little bag of stale tortillas is a crime. At least Moes gives them for free with their almost as bad burritos

Five stars for being a chipotle. Minus points for poor management and execution. Staff are friendly, however forks, napkins, and bathroom have all been an issue. For any normal restaurant this would be inexcusable. One time they did not have napkins, I asked the clerk about the issue. She replied we do not have any napkins left. A second clerk then gave me towels. This is probably a violation of some sort.

This is the third time I have gone to Chipotle in Trevose and the 3rd time I left without buying a thing. The few workers are grossly overwhelmed with the demand of the store and it shows. When the line is wrapped around almost to the bathrooms, you will be waiting no less than 45 minutes. My family of 4 left immediately as well as the 2 families in front of us. Hire some more people.

The line was extremely long but it always goes fast so I decided to wait. However, this line was extremely slow and I never experienced that before at a chipotle. Very disappointed, the food was not as good as it usually is either. Bits of rice were hard and I chewed on a piece of bone in my chicken that I had to spit out. I love chipotle and I cant recommend this location to anyone!

Love the food, but,, If you order online the food is always cold! If there is a line of people waiting to pickup, they never check to see if the client is standing there waiting. If you go to the front of the line to check if your order is done, expect to piss people off. Call out the completed orders for crying out loud! And why are online orders always cold or barley warm!?

Ordered online at 6:15 to be picked up at 8:15. When I got my food EVERYTHING was completely cold and soggy. The "crunchy" tacos were just a heap of cold fillings. The shells were actually dissolved into the fillings. Obviously they made the order as soon as they got it. I guess that when you have lines out the door quality and attention to detail mean Nothing!!

I love it here the food is yummy its almost always crowded so the food is fresh and the staff is on point. Once I learned you could use their app to order ahead and pick your meal up at the cash register without waiting in line I took my stars from 2 to 5. The line most of the time wraps around the restaurant if they can eliminate that Im happy.
