Used to be good, a little pricey but had a great tuna crunch roll. I was told the owners changed and decided to check it out for myself. Ordered a Godzilla roll and a small house salad. Salad was fine, the roll was God awful. There was eel and shrimp tempura in my roll which is delicious when its fresh- this was not. Also, they used a little convection oven to heat up the shrimp tempura and I dont know if thats the normal method used when making it but Ive never seen one used at any other sushi restaurant. It was kind of a turn off seeing and hearing it throughout my meal. I really wanted to like my food and the man and wife (husband and wife?) seemed nice enough. I just couldnt get past the smell and taste of that roll. I took one bite and felt embarrassed that I couldnt eat it. Im usually not one to publicly make a scene so I asked the waitress for a box (i lied and said it was because I had to rush back to work) and got the hell out of there. Save yourself the $ and go elsewhere.

Great experience overall and place is under new management. The chirashi bowl was delicious and hit the spot. Friend ordered the spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll, which also tasted good. Would recommend if youre in the mood for sushi.

The Sushi.was rolled loose and fell apart and it was so over priced California Rolls 11 for 2 Rolls.. ill never go there again... They also dont have menus to bring home....

Good rolls. Old school decorum. Friendly owner. Pricey but that comes with the nature of the food served. Could do renovation though.
