Their credit card machine was down. They neglected to tell me that before I ordered. Obviously it didnt work and then they told me that I needed to pay cash for my meal. Thats horrible service. You dont expect customers to pay cash if your credit card machine was down you need to notify customers of that prior to taking their order. Most people pay credit or debit and dont carry cash.

I went here once to try a bento box, the salad had hair!!!! I showed it to the staff, they just replaced it with another one????what about refund?? as well as possible damage to my health?? i know the staff were chinese?? can the chinese stop running japanese restaurants and spoiling the name of japanese cuisine??

Dropped by while doing some errands at 11 when they opened. Took them 30 minutes for them to make food with 5 people behind the counter. See is was unbearably slow. Its a shame, theres a Halal Guys next door selling a meal every minute at the same time with fewer people. Not coming back. -Will

Very friendly and welcoming staff! I ordered the chicken bento, and was greatly surprised at the generous portions (easily at least two meals for me), quality (Very fresh), and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Definitely saved to my favorites list! This is my new Tuesday lunch routine.
