The best hibachi experience I have ever had! The food is incredible, the chefs are all very funny, friendly and entertaining, and the sushi is very very tasty. Grab a seat at the sushi bar during slower hours to have an intimate and personalized experience with friendly and funny sushi chefs. The owner(or manager, youll know who I mean if you go) is extremely friendly and very grateful for your business and will always accommodate anything you need and will even add to the fun of your hibachi or dining experience! The ambience is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the prices, especially when compared to the other trash in the area, are great.

This is the best hibachi in all ocean and Monmouth county, and Ive tried them all. The staff is friendly and funny! The soup is superb and the salad dressing is to die for. The food is amazing and as always, fresh. Weve been coming here for 5 years! Just got hibachi take out for the first time and I wish I could give it ten stars! Everything is cooked to perfection and the presentation is outstanding!!! Love love love!

Worst service ever. We went there for dinner with our 1 year old tonight after he was finally feeling better after a bad ear infection. They wouldnt serve us until the table was full. almost an hour later, almost 7 pm, our 1 year old hadnt eaten yet and they just sat another party at our table. they kept saying the chef was coming out, he never did. We finally got up and left. What a disappointment.

Do not go to this place in the winter and do habachi because their heat is useless and you will freeze. Was there today and was still freezing with my north face jacket. The manager explained that in Jackson they need a fresh air vent and that is the equivalent to having an open window wide open on a cool winter day. Do not attempt to bring your small children there in the winter!

Is kinda pricey specially because the food is not that good for the cost, fresh but not good. I have eaten better California Rolls from the supermarket. Service was good and fast and servers were nice so no complaints there. The place was clean but is definitely old and worn, it needs a serious upgrade if they want to keep those prices.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We made reservations 2 weeks in advance. Once seated they made us move to another hibachi table. During dinner with 5 kids there was no show. No throwing of the veggies no saki. Our chef looked like he was ready to fall asleep while cooking our food. I will never bring my family back here again.

The food is a bit pricey so I would recommend this place for a special family occassion. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fast. I have Celiac Disease so I have to follow a Gluten Free diet. I was very pleased when they told me they could pretty much make anything on the menu for me Gluten free.

We usually love this place but this time there were some fruit flies around our table and my son said that he experienced this on his last visit. ...Ithe food was good..not as good as the last time....steak was overdone and the rice was bland, but the dumplings are the best Ive had in a long time.

I came with my brother for hibachi, and the chefs seemed pretty unenthusiastic and tired of entertaining customers. Not much variety or spontaneity with the tricks, but the food itself was alright. The sashimi, on the other hand tasted delicious, but overall I would not return there for hibachi.

Ordered take out and the woman on the phone was so rude. When I arrived to get my order, they charged me for an extra order of rice and spring rolls and wouldnt take it off the bill until I refused to pay. They lost 1 customer. Worst customer service I ever had.

Koto is by far my wife and Is favorite Hibachi . The food is very tasty, the service is always quick and friendly, and the salad dressing is amazing! This is the only local place we will go for Hibachi or Sushi!

The food is good and the atmosphere is nice. The last time I was there the hibachi chef was screaming to entertain the guests. I found that disturbing. It was my 5th visit, Im willing to try it again.

Frankie is the best, just be careful on placing orders. salmon roe became salmon roll. Next time asked for salmon eggs, got scrambled eggs and salmon. All good though.
