Whats the point of reviewing a chain restaurant? Well, even though theres a baseline expectation, locations vary depending on management, ownership, and clientele. So, lets start with the fact that this is a Burger King, which means that they dont actually serve real food, merely a cartoon version of food molded from a variety of starches, salt, fat, oil, plasticizers, stabilizers, and used motor oil, and medical waste. Listen and look carefully when you enter a Burger King. See and smell any smoke rising from the chimney? Hear anything cooking? Likely not, as they only operate the much-ballyhooed "flame broiler" for short intervals daily. In the meantime, the sound youll hear us that of microwaves ... Microwaving. If youre hungry and desperate enough, there are times that, coated in enough condiments, this still might be acceptable fare to stave off starvation. Enter the concept of Mustard. Research shows that, for adults, it is the most popular condiment. Unlike ketchup or mayonnaise, it is low in carbs, fat, and calories ... and, tasty to boot! Which explains the incredulity I experienced when, upon requesting mustard on a "flame broiled" (read: microwaved) burger, I was told by the shift manager at this location that no such condiment exists at Burger King. "You mean, youre temporarily out of it?" I asked. "No ... Burger King doesnt serve it". Bravely, I pressed on ... "You mean, this franchise doesnt carry it?". "No! Burger King does not use mustard" was the reply, given with the solemn certainty of a politician testifying before a committee of inquiry. This is really fascinating, because the Burger King not too far away, while serving the same fake food, not only has mustard, but in cute little packets with the logo of the company on them! Maybe someone can drop some by this location, so they can see what they are missing ... Two stars ... One for the absolutely unshakeable conviction of the manager, who would likely pass a lie detector test. And a second, for the Freestyle Coke machine. Im waiting for them to deny the existence of that!

Got my fast and it was good. All of these other reviews are from people who have no idea what it takes to run a business let alone a successful business. Complaints about youths working is unbelievable. I think if you really want someones honest opinion of a place you should at least do take it from someone who KNOWS what they are talking about. Bravo BK

Unlike other Burger Kings this doesnt look like it has actual broiler. It looks like they put my burgers in a microwave... also their "smoothies" should be called hunkies as there was a lot of ice chunks... not bits... chunks... other Black have better and have actual broilers... not microwaves...

The last three times I went in and got a chicken parm it had american cheese on it. I could see if you are out of the right cheese, asking the customer if a substitution is okay, but sneaking it in three times in a row led me to make this review.

Got my $1.49 chicken nuggets on point, hot n delicious. Thats all that matters. P.s. Craig Bush, who the f gets chicken parm from Burger King? Go to a pizzaria, theres one right next door...

Ever since they added new INEXPERIENCED kids - I mean, hires, the place has gone downhill. First, it was food poisoning, then they got my order wrong. Twice. I am so dissapoint.
