This Smashburger is in a rather busy strip mall just off Centennial Avenue eastbound. My main problem with this Smashburger location is they do nothing about solicitors who come in and ask customers for donations. I dont want to be bothered by that when Im having dinner. That aside, I thought the food was about par for Smashburger. I liked the Sin City Burger, which is their current "limited time" item, although Ill bet it goes back into the secret menu once the promotion is over. The Smashfries I got were crisp and had a good amount of rosemary, unlike some other Smashburger locations that skimp on the rosemary. Service could be a little better though. Aside from the solicitor issue, they also need to watch where they are going. They cut in front of me three times, like I was invisible, when I walked up from my table to get a drink, silverware, and the hot sauce.

If you enjoy a quality burger, Smashburger is a must-have. Their summer special "The Spicy Cowboy" is my all-time favorite, but really no matter what burger you order, youll be extremely satisfied. Dont forget to get a side of Smash Fries! The ingredients are always fresh and the burgers are cooked perfectly to order. The staff were also pretty helpful. Parking can be somewhat annoying for this establishment because of the shared lots with other businesses (specifically Shop Rite) and pedestrians have little care for vehicle traffic. When I brought my friends here for the first time, they were instantly hooked and weve been back several times to satisfy the craving.

Sandwich took forever to come out and when I complained that they should follow the first come fort served policy the older female manager pretended to not understand what I was saying and said " here your sandwich is ready now". I didnt want to yell at an old lady so I just walked out. I didnt ask for my money back neither did they offer to give it back. Smashburhers are known for good service so this Piscataway location was a surprise to me. Never going back there again. Would rather drive 20 extra minutes and go to Berkeley heights new providence location.

Located right in the Shop Rite mall, this Smashburger doesnt disappoint. Had the big NJ...cooked perfectly and it was brought to me within 2mins after ordering. Considering this was their grand opening, I was expecting them to iron out some kinks at first, but the service was on point from the start. Like I had mentioned earlier, the food was brought out extremely fast and the entire staff was also very friendly. Hopefully you guys keep up the great work in the future. Ill definitely be back for more delicious burgers!

My bff Diane McNerny Scilla, and I, we come here frequently. The burgers are very good.The staff is very friendly. We like the sweet potatoes fries . We love the staff, especially: Gabby, Bobbi, Nick and little Nick. T he staff is always extra nice,courteous, and friendly to us. Our experience has always been very positive here...The upper management should give them a raise ( and I am not related to any one of them...just saying.) Food is good. I especially like the fries. I prefer the grilled chicken sandwiches over the burgers, and Im not even the healthy type. Milkshakes too milky; get the malt (they never mess those up) The service sucked and during my last visit they were pretty unprofessional. They kept messing up my order. I got to use their coupon at the back of my Shoprite receipt so that was nice. If you order to go, the plastic containers the burgers come in make the whole burger soggy!

Just terrible service…I placed my order online knowing that it was lunch time and there may be a line, I got their 5 minutes before my pick time and the girl there told me to wait because my order was not ready. I waited 30min only to find out my order was ready and was sitting on the counter, now the food is all saggy and cold. Just terrible service, will not visit another smash burger again. 1 start only because I cant give "0" stars...

I love coming here. The burgers are fresh and juicy. Naomi is super nice. I always do the survey on my receipt so I get a free order of fries. The buffalo and blue cheese burger (large) with Smash fries is my favorite.

The burger, milkshakes and sweet potato fries are amazing! Everything tastes a little healthier than a regular burger joint. The wait isnt long at all and the service is great
