Worth trying once. Portions look small but if you pair the burger with fries and a drink you will be full. Otherwise get some dessert or a second burger. Flavour was a bit lacking for their Portobello mushroom burger and their great white dessert which consisted of vanilla ice cream custard, marshmallow sauce and rice crispies. Also didnt care much for the liquid cheese wiz style topping on the cheese fries. I felt this place was more gluttonous than gourmet. It really depends if you want something greasy and comforting that still has good quality over something healthier with more flavor. That being said Id eat it again. UPDATE: had it again at a different location...I am hooked! I think the issue is that the Woodbury location isnt as good as the larger standalone restaurant.

We came on a Friday. It was pretty crowded and we had a big order. I made sure the cashier got the right order. But then when they gave us the order we realized it was missing two burgers. Checked back with a lady named abony, I was trying to talk to her but she looked right through me. She asked for the receipt and the whole order. Which I got her. Then she asked for another receipt in a rude way. I told her thats the only one I have. Another person went to get the receipt. By the time we started eating the food it was cold. Mistakes happen I understand, but why the attitude.

While the place was a favorite for us, the service and speed of the staff was something lacking. During our visit we were often left not feeling the "Shake Shack" way of gratitude. Cashiers here would smirk or look at you funny if you asked questions regarding options on their menu. Since it is a fast food establishment, this is something you will always see no matter what business you enter, so I personally did not have any issue with this. Food is always great but truly poor choice in staff, especially in a high volume store such as this.

First visit as someone from where Shake Shack hasnt arrived yet, and I had very high expectations. In terms of service, done. Staff were across the board friendly, knew the menu, and eager to help. Burger? Eh, pretty good, but Lynsi Snyder has nothing to worry about. The house beer is fine, and better than most brew to chain. Overall, worth a trip. This location also has ample parking, which is nice.

This place is horrible. Managers let staff treat you like crap. I was threatened by an employee there because I told him the fries werent cooked that well, and he told me he didnt like the way I was talking to him and threatened me that if he saw me in the streets he would "f me up" . If that is what shake shack wants representing them, they shouldnt deserve to be open.

Food was ok. Hot and tasteful but nothing special. Staff was rude and not helpful for people coming here for the first time. Staff actually yelled to other costumers as he walked by instead of explaining what was needed. Wait was pretty long.

Worst service, employees are rude. If you order a hamburger you will get only meat and bread. I dont understand why would your cashiers ask "do you want the salad in it?" how many people would eat pain burgers in Shakeshack? Stupid.

Had the food hearing great things about it. Which ill say flavor In my burger was good the size was mediocre. Shake was fantastic. But in all honesty I would rather have Five Guys burger and shake for the same price but more.

Ever since the new food court opened at woodbury, this is the only decent place to eat now. My burger was overdone and it was pretty thin if you compare it to the ones in the city. Everything else was just okay as well.

Exceedingly good shakes, not sure about the prices though, quite pricey for a fast food joint. Queue for food was very long and serving system a little odd. Queue for the toilets was even longer!

Dont order the shroom burger if your looking for a burger with mushrooms.... Is a fried mushroom. I dont know it until i bot into the sandwich and realized the meat was missing!! Smfh
