We got pretzel bites with beer cheese after our burgers (had to ask for it, seems like ours were delivered to another table or something). The beer cheese was... lumpy and not very tasty. On my burger I asked for crispy onion straws, which cost extra. They were mostly raw and definitely not crispy. The rest of the burger tasted fine, but it wasnt very pleasing to eat. It was a guacamole bacon burger which apparently was lacking in guacamole. It took them until after I finished my burger to bring out extra fries (so much for bottomless) which were not even salted and actually tasted worse than the fries that came out with the meal. Our server was good enough, but did not make up for the poor quality in the food. This is the worst red robin Ive been to. At least there wasnt glass in our food.

Undoubtedly great burgers .. One of our favorite joint for weekend nights .. !! Unfortunately, horrible in terms of take out service .. We usually order take out and explicitly state our on the phone, making sure they have heard & understood what we are requesting. However, theyve screwed up our orders ALL THE TIME .. !! My husband always orders burgers with chicken patty in it, and they gave him a beef patty instead .. !! I mean how can one hear beef when you say chicken .. !! Anyways, horrible service .. They should focus on serving better .. Also, they need to bring back their Fiery Ghost burgers .. They were the best weve had so far .. !!!

A very good place to go for gourmet burgers at a reasonable price. They have a lot of interesting combinations that are actually pretty good and the bottomless fries are always a good deal. The last time I went they also has a bottomless root beer float which was amazing. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is that I dont feel like they change the menu all that often and with all the combinations possible why not change it up a bit?

Terrible service. Walked in with my family for dinner around 6. The hostess in the front had an attitude for whatever reason and told us to just grab a high top booth. She never gave us any menus or told a waitress we were waiting. After 20 minutes someone finally came to take our drink orders. We asked to speak to a manager who was also very rude. We walked out shortly after to go to a more friendly restaurant with better service.

Hidden trick, ask for the Coke Float for one of the best drinks (with free refills) Ive had here. The burgers are fantastic and they have free refills of fries, although they cook their burgers only well here (if youre looking for some pink meats here). You can pay directly through a machine on your table and split checks without waiting for a server which is pretty cool, cant go wrong with Red Robin though!

Good food, served fast in a friendly atmosphere. Many chain restaurants are quite loud, but even at peak times, RR provides a comparatively peaceful dining experience. The food is excellent, with a changing menu of reasonably priced options, some healthy choices and a rewards program. The bar is available for all-adult meal seating, and carries an excellent selection of both standard and specialty drinks.

I love this place. I dont come here often enough but their steak fries w/ honey mustard and seasoning salt rock. I always get the guacamole bacon burger which is always great. Also a fan of the milkshakes which I dont always get when Im there but they are generous and thick and tasty. The drinks are strong if you sit at the bar. Overall a great place for a fun dinner date or to hang out with friends.

Came here with a group. Service was slow. We waited over 20 minutes just for someone to come to our table of 8! Orders came wrong and late, manager didnt even comp an app or apologize. I love red robin and frequent many different ones often, I know what service to expect and didnt receive it here. I wont likely be back.

The slowest service in the world. I come back about once a year to give it another shot because I love the burgers but they are just so slow I am inevitably disappointed. Lunch, dinner, weekend, weekday, dont bother going if you dont have 3-4x the time you would normally expect a meal out to take.

First ate at one of Red Robins original locations in Boulder, Colorado back in the 90s. Been craving it all these years back on the east coast. Was thrilled when one opened close to my home. The whole family loves it and we stop in at least once a month.

A nice Red Robin with a big dining room and small bar area. The food is typical of other RR, with great burgers, great fries and good service. The addition of the kiosks to the table mean you see your waiter even less often as before.

Burgers were pretty good, although they seem smaller than I remember from a year or two ago. Presentation is better. Service was surprisingly great, despite that they now have a touchscreen that can handle most stuff for us.

Several times Ive come here with small and large groups, and weve had to wait upwards of an hour for food. I mean, come on, theyre burgers, not a perfectly aged filet mignon. We stopped going once Smash Burger opened up nearby.

As far as chain restaurants go, this one doesnt leave me feeling ill or disappointed. All but one time Ive had a really good burger, cant really ask for better. Prices are totally reasonable and food is quite tasty.

Scrumptious, get yer burger on! Its not an epic burger. Its a good chain burger in a pleasant atmosphere. The food is slightly above your typical fast-food location, with superior service and a bright environment.

Good service, burgers are great, but the salads are ok wish they had greener lettuce instead of cheap iceburg! Biggest complain would be seating by a side door by bar in mid December! Brrrrr is cold !
